Hey Raven, thanks for the deck. I've always been a fan of OTK/Freeze/Exodia Mage in general. While I'm not so sure about this deck's viability for laddering, it truly is fun and relaxing to play. Also this has inspired me to make another similar strategy deck, but with an alternative winning condition and defensive take.
To activate Time Warp, instead of using bananas I use cards generated by cyclones. Calling is also a twinspell card, so it sometimes adds up. Instead of transforming threat into sheep, I use the Giants as trade-bait. Sometimes, coupled with Calling I can also get a 7/8 taunt as well. If the opponent doesn't have taunts and ignore the Giants, two 8/8 Giants can hit face for 16 damage, with Time Warp this can hit for 32 damage.
I've tried subbing 1 Bomb Toss into Goblin Prank. Tbh there isn't much difference in winrate before and after. I also use Mossy Horror in my deck, just like your updated list. It works very well indeed.
The only weakness of this deck is Treant/Token Druids. In my experience the only chance this deck has in order to win is a well-timed Venomizer/Missile Launcher combo or Mossy Horror, so I always hard mulligan those cards in those match-ups. Sap is another potential counter vs magnetize, but few Rogue is using it at the moment.
I'm on rank 3-2 right now. About 30% vs Warriors (favorable), 30% vs Rogues (favorable), 30% vs Druids (unfavorable). Another 10% vs any other deck which I found slightly favorable on average. Great deck overall, thanks for making this.
On second thought, yeah, Tracking is very useful in this deck. It's just I see potential in Goblin Prank, but I don't know which card to replace it to. I'll probably use Goblin Prank as a buff to an existing bomb on board. Use the buffed bomb to hit face for additional 3 damage, then at the end of the turn the bomb explode for another 2 damage. Kind of a finisher.
I see.. your deck is trying to make use of high number of cards on hand, with Twilight Drake and Mountain Giant. Very good against midrange.
If you want to play The Boomship, my suggestion is to switch it with one of the big minions, either Ysera or Hakkar, the Soulflayer. Having both of them in your deck is too greedy i think. Well, ideally you want to run The Boomship with both big minions on hand, and when that happens it will be very devastating. But, that won't happen every so often, thus it lacks consistency. Ysera has dragon synergy, and can be useful when kept on hand because of this, but it only has 4 attack. Hakkar, the Soulflayer, on the other hand, has big attack, making it very worth it to give Rush to, but it also having the problem of being dead card in earlier turns. There isn't many Silence in this meta so i believe its Deathrattle will somehow trigger. It is risky, but i know playing Hakkar, the Soulflayer is sooo satisfying when it works.
The meta after rank 5 has shifted into a faster one. Token/Treant Druid, Zoo Warlocks, and Murloc Shaman are starting to take over. Summoner Mage is also rising. I personally don't have that much problem handling Mages. Facing aggro is trickier, especially Druid. I am considering adding Abomination in my deck. You might want to consider that too.
I think it's a decent replacement, because of the dragon synergy. Ysera is slightly better due to its token generation.
Here's some idea you may also try. After some games on rank 5-3 I found that Ysera is a little bit slow. Most of the time the dragon synergy is already covered by other dragons in your deck and the ones generated by Dragon Roar. I'm currently experimenting, replacing Ysera with Warpath instead. The bomb meta is currently shifting at the moment due to being targeted by counters. So, I aim to counter Druids and Shamans too with board clears instead.

I took out:
-2 Arcane Artificer, -1 Stargazer Luna, -1 Kirin Tor Tricaster, -1 Banana Buffoon, -1 Polymorph
and instead I added: +2 Mana Cyclone, +1 Conjurer's Calling, +1 Drakkari Enchanter, +2 Arcane Giant

Is there a room for Goblin Prank in this deck? Maybe replace Tracking?
I'm one of those who don't like Tracking :D

Regarding Smolderthorn Lancer, i put it there because it also has some synergy with Dragonmaw Scorcher. There is a different concept between your deck and mine. My deck is slowly taking control of board with 8 single target removals, (Shield Slam, Smolderthorn Lancer, Omega Devastator, and Crowd Roaster). Your deck is a bit faster, employing Rush and big minions on board. I think it is more fit to not include Smolderthorn Lancer in your deck. Besides trading minions and using Supercollider, I think Shield Slam combo with Emberscale Drake is enough to do the job in yours.
