For me I actually did notice some lag in certain graphical things, and actually there was some overall slowness in general. However, after the recent patch (where I guess they added Marin) it's back to 'normal' for me.
My guess is that this is will be a tester of the new mode by Blizzard. Once thousands of people have played it, they will probably make adjustments. I doubt that this will be the only version of Dungeon mode that they will do - my assumption is that they may make more raids in the future, similar to Tavern Brawl, but probably not as quickly changed as tavern brawl (months in between). This is just my guess.
I'll be testing it out for sure, in Wild at the very least. Recruit paladin is extremely strong in Wild, and sure, you have to play them from your hand, but 3 1-mana 1/1's sounds like it has great synergy in the archetype.
Van Cleef is more important, both in this deck and going forward into the future. After BGH and Silence Owl were nerfed, Edwin VC saw HUGE increase in play, and basically became an essential craft if you play Rogue. Shaku is a 'very nice' or 'luxury' card - very good, but can be replaced. You can try 2nd SI Agent, Plague Scientist, Southsea captain. Lot's of decent 3-drops can be replacements.
It is very much against TOS to spoof, but Blizzard is unlikely to ban you over acquiring a cosmetic that is essentially free anyway. They would be well within their rights to do so if they wanted to, but again, it's highly unlikely.
I don't believe the new Naga interaction was intentional, as the dev tweet suggests. It came with the patch that added KOFT, so it probably had something to do with an interaction in one or more of the boss fights.
Sort of reminds me of pre-nerf Quest rogue tbh. The winrate is not great, maybe 50/50, but if you haven't dealt with them by turn 5 or 6 (or are not playing Pally/Priest) it's gonna be a bad time. I personally don't really mind, since I've been farming them with Dudes Paladin, but like I said earlier, I don't think the mechanic was actually intended. I think they just fucked something up in the patch, and when someone discovered the interaction Blizzard just said it was 'intentional' to cover themselves. Wild is a pretty low priority for them.
It's interesting how they're only doing the nerf now when Shaman is seeing less play than it did in the last 2 years. Shaman was like 50% of the meta or something stupid like that during the peak of Shamanstone, these days it's barely doing 6-7% according to VS data reaper report.

Right now Control Paladin loses to pretty much most things, but maybe that will change when the nerfs go live.
