This could easily be taken the wrong way, but I think if you're in the position where you need replacements for a deck like this, then this deck is not for you. And that's totally fine!
Rogue as a class is generally more complicated to play than many other classes. It rewards what could be consider unintuitive and "out of the box" plays and is only truly great in the hands of a very experienced player.
As to which class or deck would be right for you, that's less clear, but thankfully with the current metagame there are a lot of choices available to players, even players with collections that may be short on Legendaries and Epics.
Apparently I can't edit the post! So here's an update.
The Arena Run went well. I started 6-0 before falling to 7-2. I then won a bunch more to finish 12-2, so that was great! Despite my pity-timer for Gadgetzan being at only 2, I was lucky enough to break it anyway. Tune in to the next episode of W2W to find out what it was! (or follow me on twitter, that works too I guess...)
I *wish* I had a White Eyes but if I did, I wouldn't run it over Al'Akir.
Al'Akir is a burst finisher in this deck and White Eyes won't do that. If you don't have Al'Akir, then I would recommend Ragnaros the Firelord, and if you don't have Ragnaros, make crafting it a priority, because it can often fill the place of many late-game Legendaries you might be missing. :)
BGH is also great at killing Ragnaros the Firelord and Flamewreathed Faceless, both of which can be problematic for the deck. It's a great catch-all for things that can cause this deck trouble, but isn't by any means a must-have.
Shaman is favoured against Zoo, it's true, but it's not nearly as one-sided as you think. Multiple players have reached Rank 1 Legend on both EU and NA with Zoo recently, it's still a super strong deck.
Those are great changes! When I built the deck I was trying to limit myself to Standard-only cards to help out newer players, but if you have them, Duplicate and Mad Scientist are great in the deck.

A 3/4 that gives you 2 mana as a battlecry is still good!

I posted on your list, thank you!

Cool deck! I'd recommend trying to fit some Maelstrom Portals in there, otherwise you could be risking getting run over by Pirate Warriors.

Or even just one of your totems!

I broke down the lists from popular streamers and metagame snapshots on twitter here.
This is how the cards spread out across the various lists:
And this is how the decklists look without the 16 core cards:

It was my understanding this is Mryagut's version (changed 2 cards) of Fibanacci's list.

...it's entirely possible they have updated the AI behaviour in subsequent patches.
That said, in the episode of the Podcast I recorded about this encounter I didn't draw the Armor, so it's definitely still possible to win.
