Druid definitely seems too strong at the moment and Guff is an obvious contender to be nerfed. Part of it is also the Kazakusan treasures and particularly the ones that go face. They could reduce the damage of Embers to 6 per shot and make Locusts only target minions to bring it more in line.
The effect is different than what the golden version says on the text. So it's bugged. No question about it. Maybe this is how they want it to work and forgot to update the card text, but that seems unlikely since there is now zero difference between the regular and golden version effect
Sneeds is ridiculously strong in Arena, but it wouldn't be too bad if it were just a legendary. The problem is that it can very easily be discovered by Deeprun Engineer which is a common and basically an auto pick. So you see it way more often than you do other legendaries like Ysera or Lady Prestor.
They should either remove it from the discover pool or make it much more rare
I think they would have specifically mentioned that if it were the case. Like how they have said certain hero powers are less likely for Nguyen. Probably just bad luck on your part
At this point Standard is pretty much all about finishing your quest line first or aggroing your opponent before they finish theirs. Usually happens around turn 8.
So if you don't enjoy a combo/aggro style of gameplay, standard is probably not enjoyable right now.
The frog deathrattle interaction with Baron is neat from a design perspective, but it's too powerful right now and it also breaks the game, with the animations going so long that turns are skipped.
Usually Doomsayer is mainly an issue in the midgame. Then you transition to single big demons that don't spawn tokens. So bumping it up to tier 4 might be enough to solve the issue.
Right now the tempo of the 7/7's plays a fairly relevant part in the games ending a turn or two after quest completion.
If you went all out and made them 5 mana 1/1's instead it would definitely scale back the explosive finishes of those games. But keeping the stats and increasing the mana cost instead is probably a better way of doing it.
In terms of balance Impatient Doomsayer is a lot worse because of how hard it snowballs. With Froggers you need to get to Rivendare on Tier 5 before it really works and a lot of the times the units for the build are so heavily contested that putting it together can be difficult.
But Doomsayer gives you a ton of resources and tempo immediately, meaning that you're not punished even if you don't hit the great Demon synergies
(Edit: For some reason it links the golden version. It's obviously not THAT broken)
It's an issue not just for the power level but for the animation times. I had a turn completely skipped yesterday because we were both playing Froggers.
But given they just did a huge minion overhaul it's expected that some things are unbalanced. There will probably be a patch next week or so
I like the approach of buffing more cards than they're nerfing. Should lead to a lot more experimentation and shaking up the meta. Often nerfs just tend to change the powerlevel of the various deck rather than lead to new ones.

Buddies were a fun addition for a while but definitely glad it's not permanent. They made the game a lot messier, with a bunch of broken interactions

Just remember to tempo out the cookies vs. aggro

What are these multiple hunter archetypes you speak of?

There's probably a good chance it is. From what I can tell the card isn't officially translated yet, so it might be missing some details

So Crabrider must be the neutral Murloc getting nerfed. My guess would be 1 less health. 4 health is just too hard to deal with that early
