How The Marsh Queen is worded it only allows decks with a ridiculous amount of 1 drops to play it and be consistent on finishing the quest. If it were worded "Summon seven 1-Cost minions." instead it'll be better.
But just changing it and leaving it at that would completely break hunter. So some other cards need to be changed too, I'm looking at Alleycat and Unleash the Hounds here. That change would be easy, make the minions summoned by those 2 cards into 0-Cost minions.
This change will push hunter to be a bit more midrange without having to worry much about drawing later on. Or it could just break it completely and we'd have to live with our new overlord for years to come.
But that is my Suggestion to balance/buff The Marsh Queen. (If you like it spam the devs to make it happen)
The Curator draws Primordial Drake and Direhorn Hatchling in this list. Trump actually did have King Mosh and one Whirlwind in the list, but cut them eventually - his reasoning being that King Mosh isn't good enough, and Whirlwind was unnecessary without him.
Once year of the mammoth actually comes in (after the new expansion is avalible) all you gotta do is win 10 games in standard. They literally told us this last month
I don't see the point in it, when Fiery War Axe is still a staple in warrior and much better.
if you get the rusty hook early you can clear Leper Gnome turn 1 and then turn 2 you can kill a Loot Hoarder or Jeweled Scarab then play the war axe saving its charges for higher health minions. instead you use to coin waraxe n kill both minions with it. more charges on axe = more minions cleared.

That change alone would make the quest playable with Rat Pack, Infested Wolf, Patches the Pirate, Murloc Tidehunter, Bilefin Tidehunter, Eggnapper, Imp Master, Moroes, Violet Teacher, Illidan Stormrage, Sated Threshadon, Onyxia, Snake Trap and finally On the Hunt
Notable cards here are:
