Victory28 posted a message on New Era - Dragon Sage [Legend]Posted in: New Era - Dragon Sage [Legend]You can reach Top100 Legend with a lot of decks. The thing is, those others will do it much faster. It's understandable to be proud of a deck you created, but that's no reason to sound condescending to those who don't agree that's it's an amazing deck. Play nice.

Victory28 posted a message on New Era - Dragon Sage [Legend]Posted in: New Era - Dragon Sage [Legend]As many have said, this deck is fun to play and the idea is new and different. It's not the same-old-same-old.
However, be prepared to lose matches purely to RNG (the deck isn't very stable). Your ability to win/lose depends HEAVILY upon your draws. You get a good draw, you'll have a pretty good game. You don't draw exactly what you need when you need it-- there's no coming back.
My advice would be to stay away from this deck if you want to rank up. Just because someone says it's a "legendary" deck doesn't mean that it will get you there. Not everyone has the time to play the needed 600 games in a season required for RNG to even out, and allow a deck like this to climb. Sorry... you get an A for being different, but a D+ for performance. And a negative mark for recommending people climb with this.

-2 Piloted Shredder +2 Sludge Belcher and -1 Arcane Intellect +1 Flamestrike.
I found this to work better for the heavy aggro decks and gives me more rounds in the game. Maybe it needs to switch again to the given deck if i'll reach rank 5 but for ranks 11-7 it works better with this changes for me!

This Deck fall flat on it's ass if you are up against any kind of control. If it is control you are up against, you just have to cross your fingers that you get the owl's, and the opponent don't get too much removal, before turn 10. But it is good for the meta atm. It fares well against agro decks, and is decent against midrange.
I took a fast 10 games, and lost 3 times, all of them was against control priest. shadow word pain the undertaker, nova the board with 2-3 minions on, taunt up=wrecked.

To be able to play the violet teacher you need to survive that long, and not be down under 20 hp. and not burned all your spells on minions.

I don't find this good against Zoo. i made quick 10 games, against a friend that are about same LVL as me, and he went zoo. The win rate was 2-8. To be able to make it against zoo you need the perfect draws. You need at least one backstab, and at least a zombie, so you can close for his early game. In other words you need a lot of RNG, and that is a problem, you should be able to win even on a bad day, or else it is not viable on the ladder. a zoo can end you in 5 turns, if you dont get the right cards to stop him, dead. And this deck is not an anti zoo.

Would be smart call it a F2P deck then.

This deck sucks so hard, You need to be able to draw all the times, which have a lot to do with RNG, then you need to get the right mulligen, so you can survive til you have the combos. And you need to make sure your combos wont get picked out after one turn. There is way to much RNG involved in this deck, it have nothing to do with skills at all, after about 20 games i have a win rate at 10%.(against my normale controll warrior that have about 80%) It fares bad against control, because they just remove the cards you play, so you max get one hit in. And against aggro there is not enough removal, that wont damage yourself. But OFC. as you say yourself you only have a win rate at 65% at the max. In Other words it is not that good of a deck.

I played against this deck yesterday, and i must say i was not impressed by it. yes if you are able to take control over the board. But just like a handlock it is easy to just shut down. It will have a real hard time against a control deck. I was playing deathrattle/secret mage.
How many games is your statistik over?

Considered to put in some board clear? it looks kinda week against aggro decks.
