This was the first deck I crafted since my free legendary was the lady in white and i pulled a Chameleos from a booster. Mine was more top heavy, but the main elements were there (keleseth, duskbreaker, spiteful summoner, etc.). Glad I was on the right track, and looking to fix my deck against more aggressive ones as well.
I voted "Playable" for a weird reason. I don't think a lot of decks will actually have it, but it's a very good Discover or RNG choice like in Freed From Amber or Spiteful Summoner with an 8-mana spell.
I'm on the fence of it being between Playable and Bad. It's stats are O.K. for it's cost. If there's a deck for it, it's probably Tempo or Mid-ranged, where turning 1 mana minions or secrets (or weapons, but no playable options there) into legendaries, so that drawing cards in later turns will more likely provide value vs the original. I wouldn't dust it right away, but I think there will be better Paladin decks that won't use this.
My main concern with this card is that there are not enough decent buffs to include her in a deck. The three most commonly used ones are Blessing of Kings, Blessing of Might, and Spikeridge Steed. You need to have cast at least 2 of the latter buffs for her mana cost to be even worth it. Blessing of kings + Blessing of Might = 8/5 for 7 mana, which is not good at all. There are other buff cards for paladins, but they see very little, if any, play. She has a lot of potential in future Wild, but for now, I'm not seeing this as all that good. Silence isn't her main problem, lack of buff options are.
I would say it's best fit is to enable Combos for Rogue, but with Fire Fly being in the same meta, even with rotates, I don't see this finding a place in any decks.
I like the concept of Inspire, but that's a mechanic that is extremely tricky to keep balanced, as either the ability is lackluster, or it can snowball very quickly out of control. I think that a good alternative to it is either a keyword that triggers after the first time you use your hero power after it's in play, or to trigger the first time you use hero power while the card is in hand (that reveals the card to the opponent to show what's causing a certain effect).

You do not get to choose. It's randomly generated when you draw the card from your deck.
