The OP only stated that he experienced a very unlikely sequence of events, and asked if the community would know something about weird RNG in Hearthstone. There is really no need at all for sarcastic comments and making fun of him.
Now, obviously it is possible that the stated event occurs, but that doesn't mean it is likely. However, to make any statement about the quality of the RNG, a very large sample size would be needed. As I don't think any of the HS trackers is recording the outcomes of cards like Spiteful Summoner, such a data base probably doesn't exist.
It should be noted however, that it is definitely possible that a RNG is not working properly! After all, it is a deterministic algorithm that generates the pseudo-random numbers (pseudo-random meaning that while the outcomes may look "random", they are actually fixed from the very beginning when the seed is picked). It can be argued that the RNGs provided by the standard libraries or engine will be well-constructed and heavily tested, but the mapping from the outcome of those to the cards in question can indeed be error-prone. It would not be the first time this small indie company makes dumb mistakes like that.
TLDR: No need for sarcasm! RNGs can indeed have errors and generate "bad randomness". However, one would need a very large sample size to objectively determine that.

Guidance is in fact a card with overload, so by the wording Unbound Elemental should trigger. But that just one of M A N Y bad wordings and oversights from these useless developers :)

The next expansion will be the same, with other decks. Team 5 are incapable of making a diverse meta where aggro, control and combo all are viable. Why? Because they keep giving aggro card draw

They need to nerf more because they know that the cards they are printing are to strong, and they don't vare because strong cards means more People buying packs.
The game will never be good again.

People that pretends this game is not rigged x) You either win every game or lose every game. There is no in between. Yesterday I won 15 matches in a row, today I've lost 10. The deck does not matter, it's all determined when the game starts :) It's embarassing that people actually pretends to compete in this game.

I mean, it was pretty obvious that the nerf wouldn't do anything. DoL needs to transform into cards that costs like... 1 more and refreshing Spring Water needs to restore only 2 mana or something.
