Opened like 40 packs and didn't get a single epic or legendary I needed for like 6 decks I was going to play. I won't be trying a whole lot of new stuff soon given this occurrence. Updated exodia mage is better I guess...
Click Priest. Type Heal. Make sure you're in wild mode. Take shadow visions. Don't forget all the healing creatures, especially that one that heals a minion to full health. Play the steal minion cards, play the shadow word pains. First try kind of thing.
I think I read in the exact same kind of thread yesterday that the limit was 35 or 40. Though, it's not like that was backed by a source. I don't see why not though.
For people that's opening a lot of packs and paying loads of money, you do know that your chances of winning are still the same like now and before and you'll still get rekt by randomness right? Don't trick yourself into thinking that by opening 200+ packs you'll be able to win more, you'll still get full on rekt +50% of time even with those Death Knight cards and lose. Just trying to state the obvious.
Don't be a douche that devalues others just cause you can't afford it.
Exactly. Like 3 mana 1/1 - your opponent discards a card. Or really anything. This card is just silly. Warlock was given such bad cards this expansion that people were calling the new 5 mana demon "insane, as good as azure drake" like a hostage allowed to see the sun.
There are plenty of interesting things, like every class got in this set, that they can print moving forward with some new cards, but that's like next expansion at best. And I don't know how long I can keep playing the last week of each expansion and the first week of each expansion and still get excited to play. There's not a lot to keep people playing. Laughable reward system, hollow ranking system, no tournament play. A game as shallow as HS can only be "fun" for so long.
N'zoth is't any faster. And then you mention shadowstep. It's not like I'm taking shadowstep out of the deck. Shadowcaster gives you redundancy and versatility. N'zoth gives you an anchor. You're not losing to aggro any less with it and Xaril being replaced.
Really doesn't seem like there are enough cards that generate other class cards to warrant this deck. Your win rate against rogue is also probably like 10%.
Of course it would. It's exactly what you want. More copies of all your money cards. It's a more focused plan. Everything you want Xaril to do Shadowcaster does better. Take out Nzoth and Xaril for Shadowcaster and your deck would be better. No idea what mill player wouldn't want more AND cheap copies of coldlight, healbot, brann, vilespine, and belcher. It does absolutely everything you want. No idea how you can tell me it doesn't fit.
Even though this deck might not work, there has to be some sweet combo potential with Stitched Tracker. There's definitely something to be done with that card, combowise.

Ya but think of all the potential packs they saved in dust!

I just have no idea why they thought it was a good idea to print Ultimate Infestation. At least they could have saved it for another expansion.

I just want to see a deck that breaks Stitched Tracker. I've come up with nothing.

I don't think this expansion is particularly great, but it gives a lot of tools for future sets and past sets. Feels a little bit like a frame.

You're not going to be getting Prophet Velen often enough with the list you have anyway.
