Well if you ask me it's a pretty stupid question. There are reasons to upvote a deck and there are reasons to downvote a deck, otherwise there wouldn't be the need to put two buttons. You can't be salty about those little things it's just the natural course of things.
Nothing is wrong with it. The deck is very solid. I think the issue is that too many players have tunnel vision when it comes to deciding what deck(s) to play. Even Shaman seems to have been set aside for a deck that is either newer, something that has been showcased as doing well in a tournament (even if there were decks not showcased that do just as well), or a deck that was showcased as doing well by a streamer.
People tend to forget that there aren't only one tier 1/2 decks out there. *Shrugs*
I think you are right when you say that maybe the deck wasn't showcased that much. Now that I think about it I rarely see the "famous" streamers play the deck. If this is the case it really says a lot about the state of the game.
But to all the people that say that people prefer newer decks to try things out I think it's not the case:
1)A lot of people play the same old decks with 2-3 max new cards
2) The deck was never popular, not now, not in witchwood. I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times I've encountered the deck in the last four months.
The Hearthpwn home page (but also the rest of the site) is too heavy, especially when I'm on my mobile phone and the connection is not perfect it takes forever to load the pages.
Would it be possible to make the site "lighter"? At least the mobile version.
I played A LOT of odd rogue last and current season and the deck is fun and requires a lot more thinking than people think.
On the other hand in the long run it becomes a bit frustrating cause bad draws in the first turns can really screw you and there's nothing you can do about it. Losing even favourable matchups like that made me crazy.
The deck is at the best spot it's ever been right now so if you care about wins it's obviously the best rogue deck at the moment.
P.S. Note that some matchups are quite bad so if you're facing a lot of odd paladins I don't recommend this deck. Shudderwock Shaman is a pain in the ass too.
Best thing you can do as a f2p is learn to play arena and then start farming those arenas, you won't get much opening packs with the gold you get from quests.
I improved a lot watching others play arena, especially the players who explain their moves. Once you get the basics you play a lot of arena and you learn the rest by yourself.
In any case you will need quite a lot of time before you put together a nice collection but meanwhile you can play standard with budget decks. If you master a decent budget deck I'm pretty confident that you can reach rank 10 and with grind and luck rank 5 (which is nice since you get a golden epic). But you shouldn't focus too much on ranked at the beginning unless you want to go full tryhard from the get go XD

If you are facing almost only zoo my best advice would be to play another deck that performs better against zoo and farm them lol

I played the deck and it is fine, can do well. Hsreplay says that the deck has good winrate too.
Why then I haven't encountered a single even shaman from rank 5 to legend in the last two seasons?
I'm curious, is it just me or the deck is non existent on ladder?
(Standard only obviously)

Wanted to try the spell in Big Mage, what minions do you run to make the best use of the card? Just the regular list or did you add something?
I'm not that convinced, I've also stopped playing Alanna so I still don't know if a more minion based BSM should be beyter than the actual version.

I think that it is really healthy for the game, I'm very glad that they stopped printing good charge minions :)
