I had A LOT of ideas for this week, but I'm probably going with this one.

    Goblin Sniper

I have no clue what the card actually does. It can be interpreted in a myriad of ways.
Of course it destroys the attacking enemy minion and not itself. Thought it was pretty straightforward.
It should read "If an enemy minion attacks while this is in your hand, destroy it and summon this.".
I think that's a bit clearer. "Summon this and destroy it" sounds like it destroys itself after summoning.
Edit: It's way OP anyway, it's basically a free vaporize that also summons a minion and is neutral. You would pretty much never need to actually play this, it will always be free from hand.

Just had a fun idea. Poisonous as a keyword bugs me because it really should be Venomous... anyway, wanted to do something with that. Art/name/stats all pretty temporary. Might be a little too strong? Wanted him to have 3 health so they can still trade their 3 drop in... but the point of the card is it lets you dictate early game trades easier. Suggestions?

     This is awesome!

    Cool or stupid? :p

    Cool theme this week guys!

Does the target have to be an enemy minion/weapon? Or can it be friendly?

Hi all, sorry I didn't have much time to really participate this week.
Considering it was my theme I was hoping to have a chance to give feedback to all the finalists before the end of the competition but work got in the way unfortunately.

Congrats to Asylum on the win :) and to all the finalists!

Unexpected results across the board considering the comments, I expected to be dead last myself as it seemed people really didn't like Burning Trickster and there were a lot of strong entries this week!

Personally I voted for Unrelenting Pebble, Over-lodestone and of course Felfire Elemental whom I picked as the wild-card for the week.

    Anyway congrats to all :)

Hey thanks for the reply :)

Yeah I guess with Elise in the deck Madam Goya would have a little love triangle going on with her and Barnes, they already like each other too much :p

I feel like there's definitely potential for something else in here though.
Chromagus is a very interesting idea actually!  I can think of some interesting synergies with him.

Will definitely have to give that a try.

Thanks for your feedback :) and for the deck list :D

So I've played 7 games with this and gone 1-6, but I've had more fun in the last 7 games than the previous 100 playing T1 cancer decks.
I've dropped back to rank 5 now but I don't care, I've given up going for legend this season, so much tilt, it just wasn't fun!

My last game was the win and it was nuts :p

I took it slow an resisted the urge to clear board too early, on turn 8 I played Barnes and he summoned Hallazeal the Ascended (playing instead of Cairne) I put Ancestral Spirit on Hall. Next turn he drops more minions and kills Barnes and the 1/1 leaving a full strength Hall.

My turn again, I drop Elemental Destruction which clears his board, leaving Hall on 1hp and fully healing my hero, then drop Madam Goya and swap Hall for Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound XD

So now I have a second Hall in my deck and Goya and Y'Saarj on board, end my turn and Y'Saarj pulls out Ysera... FeelsGoodMan!

After that it was gg, all the losses were worth it for that insane win :)

Edit: 5-8 now, got a better feel for the deck. Really lacks late game reach though if you're unlucky to draw into your minions early, I wonder would Elise Starseeker be good to replace all the dead cards in the late game? I know battlecry sucks in this deck but if you're lucky to draw her early? Maybe replace 1 Lightning Bolt?

I actually really like this, but I agree with Aeson in that it could be Overload (1) and it'd still be fine. Also overloaded is missing an 'A' in it.
     I didn't even notice that :p

Elemental, Deathrattle, insane value, synergy with mirage caller and a 2 drop! just what pries needs.

Way, WAY too broken. For a 2/2 body you would get maybe a 2/1 as a Deathrattle, and that would still be a good card.
This card might give you Rag. On turn 3. And make sure if Rag dies, he might summon another big minion. The card is not even just good value. It would be broken at 6/7 mana. And you made it a 2 mana card.
at 6 or 7 mana it would be way to slow, maybe it could summon a 1/1 copy and give it the deathrattle.
Funny thing is: Getting a 1/1 copy might be even more broken. It woldn't empty your deck over time + you could cycle through one powerful effect after another. The chance of this getting silenced on turn 2/3 is relatively low so the effect would almost never vanish because i also don't see you ever playing this without N'zoth.
Just imagine pulling multiple copies of Rag, Sylvanas, Y'Shaarj, Velen, Malygos, Ysera, etc., etc., etc., ...
Yeah I don't think there's any version of this deathrattle that isn't broken.
    It's just way too insane.

     Awesome!
I wonder is 2 overload is too much for 1 cost?
I would say overload 1 is probably enough?
Turn 2 you can play a 3 drop then turn 3 you have 1 mana, seems too harsh.
Cards like Flamewreathed Faceless, Lightning Storm and Feral Spirit have much more powerful bonuses for the overload costs than say Mana Tide Totem if it cost 1 less but had overload 2.
Edit: Why did I decide to use a warlock card for the example? Strange decision by past me :p Changed it to mana tide :p

    Cindering Murloc:

A Murloc that can help with the Shaman Quest AND with Elemental Synergies!

    Exoras the Ancient:

A card that might make Control Warrior possible despite the loss of many key cards.

    Elemental Uprising:

A cool quest for Mage that revolves around heavy Elemental synergy; Would require many more elementals to be implemented, however.

Cindering Murloc is in interesting card but to be honest I'm not a fan of cards that alter the standard mechanics of the game.
Adapt is choose from 3 by design, just like Discover, I don't think individual cards should alter that behaviour.
Maybe change it to "Adapt then Adapt" without the "if you played" constraint.
I think it would still be balanced with overload (2).
Exoras the Ancient is a cool card! 6/4 is a weird stat line but it seems balanced to me considering the effect.
Only issue is that I don't believe Warriors are getting Elemental class cards as far as we know  (correct me if I'm wrong).
It would be a great card as something other than an Elemental.
Maybe keep it for another week? :p
Elemental Uprising seems way too difficult to achieve, you'd need 12 1-3drop Elementals in your deck which means the deck is solely focused on the quest and nothing else. Considering that you'd need the reward to be your win condition and board clear plus an 8/8 isn't really going to give you that. Sure you also do 8 to face but it's unlikely you've inflicted much other damage in the early game as you've been focused on spamming out low drop minions.
I would focus on Cindering Murloc for this week, definitely has potential to be a very cool card!

You and some others agreed that I was trying a little too hard, so I simplified it and played around with the flavor a bit more, and apparently now I'm doing really well, so thanks! =D
Can an effect target particular types of Elementals? Flame vs Water for instance?
    I'm not sure if that's a thing!
Don't believe there's any cards in the game that target specific singular minions but I can't imagine it'd be particularly difficult to implement. Minions can be aware of the presence of other singular minions (Blood of the Old Ones) already, so marking it targeted? No biggie. I imagine Blizzard doesn't do it because they don't want deck building to feel restricted, like if you ran fire-eater you would also HAVE to run cards that generate the flame elemental token.
Maybe I misinterpreted the effect, is it specifically referring to the Flame Elemental token?
I thought it was referring to any kind of fire elemental.
Edit: It now seems obvious that it is referring to the token :p

EDIT: LOL you submitted already. I'm not sure if you can edit your submission, probably not. RIP 5 minutes of my life :>
As a service of gratitude for you reviewing my cards, I'll take the time to review yours.
#1 - Really cool idea in shaman, with 2 separate themes pushed by this expansion are molded together. The problem is, it costs way too much .On turn 5, you should be at least halfway done with your quest, so dedicating a full turn to allow your Elementals to advance the quest in the midgame will slow down the rate in which you'll complete your quest substantially, because you'd ideally be able to play 2-3 Murlocs in a turn at that point. On the flip side, if you're playing an Elemental synergistic deck, you would be playing a much slower deck, which is a juxtaposition to the speed of Murlocs. Therefore, your main tool for this card is to advance your  Murloc quest faster (as you said), and having it cost 5 mana is a HUGE barrier to completing your quest since you can play murlocs/Elementals at a fast rate during that stage of the game. I would personally reduce the cost to 3 mana.
#2 - Again, nice idea. My only real problem is, it's a direct power creep over Fire Fly because it is much faster and a much more prominent and flexible card for triggering your Elemental abilities. However I would say this isn't too big of a deal since it is 1/2 the value of Fire Fly for triggering Elementals, but it is much more important to be playing a faster game than a value game in the current meta, so my "powercreep" opinion still stands. Nonetheless, I think it's a pretty neat and versatile card. (Edit: didn't notice you originally had the stats as a 2 mana 3/2. I honestly think that those stats are better since it helps fix the powercreep issue I addressed above, since more mana is taken up to create the ability.)
#3 - my argument with #2 is even more true for this one, and it is a pretty marginal powercreep over flame geyser. It's just a bit too versatile and fast compared to the Elementals blizzard has pushed out, countering the theme of the tribe. Honestly I still really like the idea though, so my way to help balance out the extreme versatility of this card would be to increase the original spell to (2), and the 'Flame on!' cards to (1) or (2).

Ha well thanks for the feedback anyway mate :)
I did reduce Murlocalypse to 3 mana as suggested, agreed that it was just too slow at 5 mana to be worth playing.
As for Burning Trickster, I'm not sure I agree that it's a power-creep on Fire Fly, I think the situation in which you would play them is very different.
As a turn 1 drop Fire Fly has value. As a 1/2 it won't get pinged off and it can also attack early drops like pirates and survive, plus you immediately have another Elemental in your hand for an activator or a turn 2 drop.
Burning Trickster on turn 1 is just a vanilla 2/1 elemental, battlecry has no value and it can be pinged so it would never be used as an early drop. The lowest mana "If you played" minion we've seen is the 4 drop Tol'vir Stoneshaper so you wouldn't play it till turn 5 at a minimum, probably much later when you are dropping a bigger minion.
I understand why you drew that comparison though.
As for Pilot Light, I've gone off the idea altogether after thinking about it more, it's just too good, three 0 mana spells, if you wanted you could Mana Wyrm into Coin, Pilot Light, Flame On * 3 to get a 6/3 on turn 1 =p plus it does go against the essence of the elemental mechanic. Burning Trickster does too I guess but it's a neutral and you can't have 6 of them =p
As always the feedback is appreciated :)

A sneaky way to activate your Elemental battlecrys without having played an Elemental the previous turn.
