I'm looking for any suggestions to make this more interactive while also being simple. Pretty much I am making a mechanic that cares about the blighted minions an opponent has. In Warcraft 3 the Dark Archer made zombies from killing enemy units, so I think that is needed as well.
Blight is "this minion can't be healed or buffed, gets -1/-1 at the end of every opponents turn. Also, when it dies summon a 1/1 minion for the Dark Archer."

Its supposed to work like this.. if there are 3x Silver Hand Recruits on other side it will do 4 damage to all of them if you combo.

Would this work with the criteria, or do I need to have the cost reduction clause too?

Its not so much countering patron... its a cool effect that rogues don't have yet.
I'm going for an effect feels like "I'm an assassin and I got a job to take out the royal family. "
It also somewhat counters arena's where people can draft more than one of the same minion.

Spell Damage decks need a better win condition than Malygos.

I remember water elemental bosses casting frost nova when you killed them. So this is an homage to that.

Should be deal 1 damage.
I had some other similar ideas, but this is the most simple I could get.
