Today I had a Tabbycat (non golden this time) that was 87/69 at the beginning of my turn and thus also at the end of my turn. It also survived combat with 60/60 or larger stats. Still no achievement. What am I doing wrong? If someone could let me know please, so I can stop wasting my time on this.
I was trying to complete the Battlegrounds achievement They Grow Up So Fast. It requires to end your turn with a 60/60 or larger Tabbycat. I did just that. I ended the turn with a 63/61 Tabbycat. See pic below. Yet I did NOT complete the achievement... What am I doing wrong?
SIdenote: I also tried it in combat, where I had like a 300+/300+ Tabbycat. That dit NOT complete the achievement either (which is ok since it isn't End of Turn)
It just happened to me as well. Rank 7600ish, first place, negative -48 rating. It is not a bug, as it has happened several times before, since the beginning of battlegrounds. It is not just demotivating, it is just utterly retarded. Why on earth would one ever choose to play in a lobby where one can only lose points despite investing time, spending effort and winning. One would not choose, so why then enforce it? Terrible design.
When a minion is turned to golden using one of the mechanics below, are addtional required copies removed from the pool? Or will they remain, increasing the total number of copies available to ny given lobby? - Seafood Slinger: Does it remove 2 murlocs/Amalgadans from the pool or 0? - Tony Two-Tusk: Does it remove 2 pirates/Amalgadans from the pool or 0? - Zephrys hero powers: Does it remove 1 minion from the pool or 0? - Reno hero power: Doe it remove 2 minions from the pool or 0? - Mr. Bigglesworth hero power when getting golden copy? - Getting golden minion from golden Murozond battlecry?
With the release of the new expansion my battleground perks are gone. I would like to get the perks again via buying them in the shop for gold. But the shop has a Closed sign before it and the Perks-button in the battlegrounds section is disabled. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing changes. Starting from when can I have access to shop and thus bg perks again? And why is the shop closed / perk-buying disabled to begin with? It's just stupid to release something and then close the shop so people can't even buy it...
Card is fine, has very little immediate impact. Takes a long time to build up.
Right. That's why literally more than half of each and every lobby is playing it. It doesn't take long at all to scale it up. Tarecgosa is maldesigned.
I am tired of PPL saying devs dont care about their game because that is just a BS lie of an argument that PPL use cause they have nothing to say. Would u spend years Working on a project/work if u didnt care about it? No.
They did the change because they wanted PPL to PLAY the game mode, not just abuse a low lvl farm that wasnt intented to exist. Instead of being a negative Karen, how about u help find solutions ton make a positif impact. Or is that to hard?
I can agree with that. But were they living under a rock for the past two weeks that they've fixed it just now? You do understand that people that didn't have as much time as all those that abused it are really far behind?
It's just a well-known mechanism used to get things kickstarted and get people hooked / feel committed. We've seen it at the start of WoW classic as well with rigged Scarlet Monastery raids and how they resolved it.
The one thing to do with this game mode, actually with this entire company, is to ignore it hard.
I hope the best case scenario, that once you do every task of your owned mercs, Stranger would offer you tasks for mercs you dont own. That would be wonderful. But maybe too generous when you think of blizzard... :/
Worst case: Mysterious Stranger encounters stop happening, which would force players to keep campfire full to get 15 coins or smth else
Yup. Appearance rate of mysterious stranger is now drastically lowered. Imagine being able to farm coins for what you want. MUST... PROHIBIT...
As if mercenaries wasn't already rip off enough with useless coins etc., I noticed that after having completed 18 tasks on a couple of mercenaries they are no longer able to get new tasks. What does this mean for the camp fire when all tasks for all mercenaries are done? Which won't be too long now. And what happens at the mysterious stranger? Right now specific coins can be farmed there if you have 4 outstanding tasks. You can select coins for another party member. Will this stop because he can no longer give tasks?

Addendum: It already had the 63/61 before End of Turn effects took place.

Thanks for the reply, but I have no other device. Also I don't think the online shop sells perks for in-game gold. Haven't checked though.

Spending this amount of money on Mercs is utterly pointless. Once a hero is maxed out, the coins for it become useless.
