It's a fairly counter-intuitive suggestion. Since we wouldn't be drawing a playable card this turn, we would want to draw it on the previous turn (actually drawing a 5-drop on turn 5, for example, is pointless - you need to draw your 5-drops on turn 4, your 3-drops on turn 2, and so on.) This clearly punishes decks that need to begin playing the game on the first turn - since you get one less card on the first turn, you are less likely to actually draw a play. That's a pretty big deal, for benefits that aren't really that obvious. Folks already plan out their turns while their opponent is the active player - given the amount of card generation that commonly sees play, I don't honestly see how the OP's suggestion "speeds up the whole game". Some simpler ways to achieve the desired result might be to speed up animations by 10%, or shave ten seconds off the turn timer.
All your doubts can be workarounded, by just increasing number of cards player draws just after the mulligan phase.
I'm curious though, what is the best method of "farming" xp? I heard about battlegrounds afking (I don't want to do it), but it seems unlikely to me, after a 30 minute BG fight I get like 120 xp, it seems to me it's more efficient to play standard (and win if possible).
75 level no battle pass. You can AFK single player content.
Actually i was surprised positively, that portal summons 6 imps instead of 2 : ).
And I always watch youtube video before crafting any special effect legendary - if someone is pissed off by different effect than description - that's very well - better to learn how to spend your money in virtual game, than in real life.
How can you be this stupid? Game says what it does and it doesn't. You shouldn't have to check spend gold or money wtf. That's really deep crawling in blizz a**
I believe, that your understanding of life cost much more stress than mine. I just expect less from humans than you and i'm happy with that. In my work I'm preparing instructions / interface for people. No matter how much time you spend on it, there are always mistakes and misunderstandings - maybe that's why I feel less pissed off, when blizzard card has different description than effect.

As old warlock player, playing Tickatus does not give me satisfaction. In old times you needed more complicated plan to destroy opponent's deck. And i had great satisfaction, when my outdated Void Contract - Archivist Elysiana warlock, destroyed Tickatus netdecker.
I think Tickatus winratio statistics is not proper data to decide if it balnaced or not.
I propose the assumption, that card game is great, when the variance of decks actually played is very high. Unfortunatelly, I have no idea how to measure variance of decks played, except tryig to play the game for 2 hours.
Tickatus decrease the variance of decks played, because so many control decks has no chance vs it. People just stop playing decks, which has no chance vs tickatus, so you are not seeing it in winatio statistics how OP tickatus is.
In case of anything, I like hearthstone. Complaining is good, because it helps developers to focus ont he right target. I hope blizzard hire people who read game forums and give developers feedback in kind way, so they are not sad due to all negative bullshit on forums.
Reno Jackson -->i'm pretty sure it helps in each muchup
Taelan Fordring -->after 10 games with him i'm still not sure if it helps or not
Renounce Darkness --> if hemet is not drawn, it has high chance to activate highlander cards without destroyingd deck. In empty deck mode it could transform soul shards or worthless imps into something useful

I believe it will work much better with mass summoning imps cards like rafaam scheme or imp circle

it could be even just a tech card vs milldecks : D

Loot Hoarder

The OP gave great idea.
Then i enchanced the initial idea, to delete balance issues for low curve decks, or for playing first.
Your idea about animation time is also great.

In the order of first to remove - last to remove:
Impbalming -->very good, if you are not running reno, or Talean
Demonwrath
Shadow Bolt
Twisted Knowledge -->you don't won't discover things, but cycling your deck
Soul Shear
I run only 1 Plague of Flames
2
I have many suggestions:
Reno Jackson -->i'm pretty sure it helps in each muchup
Taelan Fordring -->after 10 games with him i'm still not sure if it helps or not
Renounce Darkness --> if hemet is not drawn, it has high chance to activate highlander cards without destroyingd deck. In empty deck mode it could transform soul shards or worthless imps into something useful
Corrupting Mist -->super forgotten removal
Shriek -->it's most valuable property is discard card, making space for another tap
Plague of Flames Usually, I play it when i have hemet and neeru on the board.

I'm feeling the same as OP.
My rules:
if i want many commons and rares - buy 40 packs
If after 40 packs I'm still missing at least 25% legendaries i want, buy another 40 packs.
IF i'm not intrested in commons and rares - 10 packs.
I don't rememeber, when i wanted less commons and rares, than this expansion.
