    if you run two of this and one of them always shuffles the other one into the deck you will never fatigue + it combos very well with stuff like arcane giant and big lategame threats like n'zoth,cthun and yogg.

    this card seems really good to me.

    it's pretty good in handlock... weirdly enough...

    for real,this card is pretty good,you get a blessing of kings + a taunt together with a 4/5 for only 7 mana,it'd cost like... 8 mana... plus it's just one card,i just think it's a little too slow for constructed play but IT KILLS in arena.

     That's a valid concern,it certainly isn't the highest value card and is certainly one of the slowest healing cards out there,but considering that rogues only have earthern ring farseer any healing helps,and i don't believe that anyone would actually play it will assasin's blade not only because it costs 7 but because it would take around 3 turns to get your value back and till them you will probabily just get oozed,a cool concept was to play this with obsidian shard,

    I think the problem with discard is already built into the mechanic,control decks are based around lategame threats like medivh and jaraxxus,cards that if discarded would lose you the game forcing discard mechanics to be played only in earlygame decks where you can *select* much more easily the cards that you wanna discard,but even though that's the case,they still keep making control cards that are synergistic with discard,something really stupid,also... i was putting a huge comment together to answer the first part of your comment,it took me way too much time to put together,soooo... i will just add it to the reply like the stupid retard that i am....god damn i gotta ease up on the redbull at night.

    Sure,in zoolock discard cards aren't pure rng,but only because in that deck,you just puke your 1 drops into the board till you have basically no cards in hand where you can discard with a higher chance of hitting what you want,but if you somehow were running something like reno(which you actually would btw) and you drew it,it would force you to not discard anymore till you played him or you would have to take your chances at not discarding him and if you ever did so agaisnt a aggro deck,hey...that's one game that would have been won if you got lucky or if you hadn't played discard cards in your deck,and that's just one example,what about the times doomguard didn't hit that silverware in a three card hand,what about the time darkshire librarian hit the awesome tempo play that darkshire councilman would've been.Oh and,in a control warlock deck(the archetype being pushed by blizz through stuff like lana'thel and cruel dinomancer) because of how heavy your cards are,it's rare to not have more than 5 cards in hand so saying that it isnt rng based is not really true,plus,control warlock is forced to run stuff like Lord Jaraxxus that would lose your game if discarded.I just don't like how blizz tries to shove the mechanic down our throats,warlock use to be the most consistent class in the game(because of it's heropower) and seeing the class become dependent on a rng based mechanic such as discard is just disappointing to me

    I have to say it,but I HATE and i mean I HATE the discard mechanic,i hate how it's PURE rng, i hate how in a discard deck it's nearly impossible to play any lategame threats like nzoth or jaraxxus,i hate how its impossible to be played in handlock and what i hate the most is how blizzard tries to shove it down our throats and force us to like it,i loved the queen lana'thel bossfight back at wrath and seeing her being turned into a shitty and stupid carrier of a mediocre synergistic mechanic of the worst mechanic in this game makes me angry,if they don't stop shoving this cancerous bullshit down our throats i will have to quit this game.

    This card is just wasted potential,most of the time it will just get fireballed and the times that it sticks around,it won't heal you for much...it just sucks...

    Its pretty hard to replace Mountain Giant but if you really need a replacement Molten Giant is your best bet however Frost Giant,Eerie Statue,Ancient Watcher,Alexstrasza,Ragnaros the Firelord and Demonwrath can fit too if you know what you're doing.

    This is not surprisingly a huge thing to happen to hearthstone's meta,decks such as aggro warrior and shaman will deservingly suffer but in my opinion this is just not enough,aggro shaman and warrior will still be a thing because patches and tunnel trogg are just too good,getting a 1/1 and lowering your opponent's health to 29 or dealing constant and huge damage from a sticky one drops is just way too good,so much so in my opinion patches and tunnel trogg should be nerfed rather than buccaner they are in my opinion more opressive than buccaneer is,oh and if buccaneer gets nerfed,miracle rogue will also be nerfed in the middle of the firefight.Even i though i disagree with the choice of blizzard on what card to nerf i still like that they will finally nerf aggro decks

    This is my favorite card,without it control warlock can't get enough value in the control matchups,but with it,it destroys control and midrange,but it's very different agaisnt aggro,it's basically your last breath(if you can play it before dying)and if you can play it,you are going to get bursted down very easily and agaisnt combo it's pretty similar,double fireball and a frostbolt,any malygos combo and a sudden miracle destroy you,in those matchups it basically does everything but help you,you can't outdraw your oponent with your old hero power,can't get healed and is generally a bad way to spend 9 mana.But even though it sucks agaisnt combo and aggro it is just way to good agaisn't control and because of it,it's played in every control warlock deck like handlock(*cough*

    the thing why this card isn't played in any deck in standard is that it is just too slow and it gives too few options,if it gave a proper boardclear or a removal it would actually be used in various control decks because of the value of some of it's cards,but having to wait a turn for it's effect to take place is just too slow in the current meta,but it's ok if you're in a budget as a replacemeant for cards like ysera(in non-dragon decks),ragnaros and alextrasza(mostly in the old wallet warrior)

     

     

     

     

    it's also very good in reno mage because it combos well with medivh
