Will need someone to explain to me how non quest is better.

well the non quest version runs more card draw which is really important on the other hand, quest version runs out of cards really fast. other than that they run that 3/3 legendary that trigger next spell twice which can lead to 4 5/6 minions with taunt at turn 8 or 2 cards drawn with far sight and non quest is simply faster than quest version and that's a big deal since tempo is super important and most games gets decieded by who is the first that plays galk/ shudderwok. and every turn you have 2 extra mana.

Honestly I think the deck is no where close to overpowered. 

You can use my giantless evolve Shaman that I've used to reach rank121 legend in NA last month. I feel it's better than the normal sea giant one since most of the time sea giants are just some kinds of win-more cards if you have already controlled the board.

Sea Giant is a classic card and got used in certain meta decks regularly. It is not a bad craft.

Evolve rotates to wild in the middle of this season and before the expansion drops, so if you intend to hit legend you'd need to do it very, very quickly.

I wouldn't bother crafting the sea giant right now. But you do you. 

To answer your question: wait for the next expansion. Don’t craft anything until then.

People do get mad if their opponent gets an rng lethal, but the thing is, rng lethals happen to everyone, so you probably at the moment rag hits your face for lethal remember the moment when the same thing happened to your opponent and you sometimes can’t help but to smile :)
