I would pay a sub fee to play it full time if only for the fact that I like to play the draft style that is the arena. I think that it takes a bit more skill to make a deck with good synergy when you don't have all the card sets available to you. I also like that it would give me more exposure to playing all the heroes.
I think I would rather see more cards implemented into the game for the current heroes then adding more heroes. If they have to put more heroes then every time they release a new set of cards it will take longer, because they would have to make cards for the extra heroes as well as balance it around their hero power.
What I learned watching streams is that you want to try to bait out control cards if you can before you place your bigger minions. If you drop that 8/8 too soon it will get polymorphed or hex immediately instead of having them use it on your 4/5 or something around there.
Right now there's not enough people playing in beta to have a legitimate MMR system in place but at release we should have a proper MMR system working.
I think the system should be set to 10 wins for a booster pack, and if they think that is too much then make it a lesser booster pack only containing 3 cards.
I really hope they do release cards at a steady pace, because I love to have strategy's evolving and changing all the time instead of everyone having cookie cutter decks.

If you can manage to grab Hogger and keep him alive for a couple turns in arena it is pretty much a done deal for you.

Yes, they have a mass disenchant that automatically disenchants any cards over 2 that you have.
