Checked out my own HSReplay chart for this month, and it looks very similar to the OP's ....except.... my Hunter opponents are the smallest at only 3%. (DH and Warriors are the two biggest at 19% each).
I have been playing as Hunter - can it be possible, that my class changes what kind of opponents I get?? That's been a common conspiracy theory, but I think that's an illusion - just the luck of the draw....
I am guessing you have an extremely limited collection.
The secrets: 11 may be too many (see suggestion about Secret Plan in next paragraph). Pare it back to 8. Some will tell you 8 is too many, but I do like to have a lot. Just maybe not 9.... Delete both Misdirections ... they do not work well with Freezing Trap. If you have Rat Trap, that would be a major addition. Also, Snake Trap is good.
When you have a lot of secrets, your 2 Eaglehorn Bows are the only weapons you need. Throw away the Hatchet. Replace your 2 Secret Plans with something a little more proactive ... like say .... 2 Secretkeepers. Don't have 2 of them? I see you have a Dwarven Sharpshooter ... that will suffice in place of one of them.
Timberwolves, Hyena, Explosive Shot, Hunter's Packs ... get rid of them. Personally, I never run Highmanes in my Secret hunter decks ... however, since you have an extremely limited card supply, you might need them. IF after making changes, you find you have an extra card slot available, then you could put one Hunter's Pack back in .... it does come in handy in certain situations.
Cards that would be good in this deck (and 2 of each if possible): Deadly Shot, Kill Command, Sunreaver Spy. Also maybe one Unleash the Hounds -- useful in certain situations (but sometimes sits in your hand unused).
A good tech addition: one Ironbeak Owl (this instead of Spellbreaker, because it is a beast, and has synergy with Kill Command)
Any chance you have Zul'jin? He works wonders as an "I win" card. Don't craft him, however. Zul'jin rotates out in April (I will be sad at that time).
Good luck, and hope you can get a somewhat competitive deck going on!
Oh so it’s better to wait until the new ones come out ?
Well, don't wait for 2 months just to play. Just wait 2 months before spending too much of your saved up dust.
Since you have been out of the loop for a while, I will let you know about a feature that Blizz has actually made to work pretty well. The auto-complete. Create a new deck, put some "key cards" that you like in the deck, and then let the program auto-complete your deck. The created deck will be pretty good as is. But look it over, and then you can modify it, and perhaps craft a card or two to enhance it (but definitely only craft cards from this year's sets, so they will still be useable after the rotation in April). Anyways, if you are back to level 20, you should get a competitive deck this way, that you could even climb a bit with.
So that was just an idea you could check out if you are adventurous. I know you were asking for specific decks using only older cards, but I don't have anything like that. Maybe someone else will....
Played this deck (missing a Supercollider, replaced with Gorehowl) for a bit the other day around rank 7, gained 5 stars - thanks for that! So I had The Boomship in hand several times, but it was never played.
Q: When am I looking to play it? Is it for a particular matchup? Or should I replace it with something else (perhaps a tech card)?
What turn does that Priest Blast deck usually win on?
I played one game (against a Priest of course), with a Quest Rogue, and I gave lethal on turn 5. I know that Priest deck can be faster, but how often does it win on turns 4 and 5?
For my two cents, I say go ahead and craft away! One year is a LONG time, so get the cards you think you might have fun with. It also possible, that in a year from now, you might have grown interest in Wild, and those cards will still be viable in Wild when a year is up.
Thank you for the swift reply! Since this deck will be unaffected by the upcoming nerfs, it will probably play even better then.
Okay, point taken on removing one Lightwarden, done deal. As for Psychic Scream, that's a tough one to find a replacement. Maybe one Obsidian Statue since it costs 9 mana. Thanks for the advice!

For most annoying to play against, win or lose, I'd say Resurrection Priest, with or without the quest.

Thank god I won my first game. It was an enjoyable Brawl to play, however .... the game lasted 25 minutes :-/

Well, all Blizzard promised, was to "share some more information" during this week. Dunno when the actual nerfs will hit....

I personally think there should have been a second rule to determine relegation: Number of wins.
A last place player with 4 or under wins has completely under-performed and should be relegated.
5 or 6 wins is still a respectable showing, and Feno (5 wins) and Orange (6 wins!) did not deserve relegation.....

No help coming. That matchup is like a 95% win for Paladin....

Your list still works pretty well. Though, I was struggling with card draw and healing. After several plays, I made the following change:
Removed 1xEater of Secrets and 1xKirin Tor Mage. Added: Aluneth and Frost Lich Jaina
Once I made that change I won on the second try! Whew, that was frustrating, trying several different decks. Yours was the key!!
Thanks much!

It's happened to me a few times. I just close/open both Hearthstone and Hearthpwn a couple times, and it seems to reset itself.
1
Crafted Tyrantus for my dragon recruit deck, only to find out while playing it wasn't a dragon.
