Hearthpwn

Somewhat weak on Standard, but insanely powerful on Miracle/OTK Priest in Wild. Imagining a combo with this, with discounts from Radiant Elemental, you can do something like this: Embrace the Shadow into Prophet Velen into 2 Regenerates into 2 Flash Heals into 2 Light of Naaru. You can get 44 damage on one full combo, due to the double damage of Velen. Just add some control tools and bang, you are set.

As a card alone, he looks... bad. It is a 1 mana more Lone Champion, but Lone Champion is used on control decks because it comes out early. For 3 mana you have a better option (either Lone or Tar Creeper). But as a buff, it can be useful. It's Blessing of Kings but with added Taunt and Divine Shield instead of +2 Attack. It can work, but only on a more value type of midrange deck.

I think this card is pretty damn good. The problem is that it doesn't really fit a lot of the current achetypes, since Lifesteal isn't something that Aggro Paladin requires (all be it that a 3/5 taunt is pretty good to defend your key minions like Knife Juggler or Dire Wolf Alpha) and Buffadin, while finds this card really good, is currently just a gimmicky deck. I did some theorycrafting and created a Keleseth Control Paladin that tries to win by outvaluing with cards like Uther Deathknight, Tirion and loads of control and healing, but it will probably suck, especially on a meta with 20 damage burst of Cubelock.

But I really liked the design of it. It can be a great card in the future. But right now, it just doesn't fit the current decks...

Look at the bright side... at least Paladin got setup for later expansions, and there is always Bone Drake and Ysera as dragons. Rogue, on the other hand, got the really short end of the stick.
