Its probably too late (and too hopeful) for Blizzard to change their balance strategy. Companies may only nerf, only buff, or a combo of the two. I think its easier to nerf cards, as you can see what clearly needs nerf (only a select few cards). Whereas in buffing, theres hundreds of cards that can be buffed, and I am not sure of a fair way that would please everyone. Which cards deserves buffs, ones that really suck or ones that would make a higher impact on the meta? Its quite tricky, but I think consistency is key for balance. Blizzard has chosen the nerf route, although I am sure everyone would appreciate quicker nerfs, I think its not terrible that they chose this way.
Another Combo is turn 9 Dollmaster Dorian and Master of Disguise. Then turn 10 can mistrel, shadowstep, mistrel, which gives 4 mana to play whatever spells you need, not to mention a potential 6 mana with prep. The only issue may be board space, but I'm sure that will not be an issue as master of disguise can be killed off, or has good chance to hit for 4, making only 3 spell damage minions available on board.
I dont really follow the lore, but I was thinking that this card would probably set Rogue over the top. A decent AOE card that heals and is affected by spell damage would make Rogue a tier 1 deck, being that it could then fend off agro decks pretty well.

True, I forgot about that

Not so much this was aiming to be budget, but happens to be somewhat cheap.

Might want to take out Striders and SI's, to make spell damage draw more consistent probably.

Malygos Rogue pre-HOF conceal

I got three legendarys, one from each expansion. Good amount of epics, $20 for these packs seemed like a good value for me

Miracle Rogue will rise again. And I'm hyped about it.

Objective is to survive till turn 9, then unload spells on 10 (Sinister strike with hero power is 3 mana 9 dmg face)
