2 mana Drain life that deals and heals 3. Excellent. Plus a board full of demons so your turn isn't wasted like a priest casting 2 shadow forms. This is good. This is real good
I don't know what the hero power is but the base text is terrible. You get a 4 mana minion with a slightly better ability for 9 mana. I'm just being honest If I had the choice of 4 mana water elemental or 5 mana water elemental give all elemental life steal I would probably pick the 4 mana option. Right now its the 4 mana option or a 9 mana option. Its value better be in the hero power and the problem is you can't even use the hero power when you play this card.
I consider this to be somewhat similar to Gadgetzan Auctioneer. it has better stats (in my opinion) and it cost one less mana. The biggest problem is Priest have a good number of duds when it comes to spells, like shadow word horror and purify. That being said you can get shadow word death dragonfire potion, power word shield, thought steal and a lot of decent spells from this. Priests quest is a play for the long game so I think this would fit in it pretty well.
I think this is playable. The paladin quest is still in my opinion trash. Some minion target buffs that I think would make the paladin quest good are as follows. 1 mana give a friendly minon deathrattle deal 1 damage to all minions. 2 mana give a minon +3 attack + 4 health taunt and can't attack. 3 mana silience a friendly minion draw a card (jk). 3 mana transform a minion into a 1/1 squirrel or a 5/5 devilsaur. 0 mana destroy a friendly minon restore paladins health equal to destroyed minions health.
echo of medive for shaman. Might be slightly worse because its a deathrattle, but it cost less. I'm not sure how much totems cost to play out of hand but if it's 1 I think that makes this a lot better. I think it's probably better than hunters infest which gave minions the web spinner text
you put this in exactly that deck. play this after completing the quest throw a tundra rhino in your deck and then play hemet. then play queen carnassa now you have a deck full of 1 mana 3/2's that draw 1 mana 3/2's and you can give them all charge with tundra rhino. thats 20 damage burst if they haven't killed the 8/8 and the 6/6 and if they haven't it's 14 damage burst with a 8/8 and 6/6 on the board to do an additional 14 damage. If this is as good as I think it is something will probably be nerfed
A combo for this is hunter's new quest legendary Queen Carnassa, and tundra rhino. Fill your deck with pretty much only 3 or less mana cards (obviously if you think you need a card that is more than that put it in too). Complete The Marsh Queen quest to get Queen Carnassa, and do not play it immediately. Instead play Hemet, Jungle Hunter to empty your deck of everything but tundra rhino. Next turn draw tundra rhino and play Queen Carnassa to fill your deck with Carnassa's Broods. Next turn Tundra Rhino Carnassa's Brood, Carnassa's Brood, Carnassa's Brood... and so on. New Meta's depend on cards like this
I see there are mixed feelings about this card, but to be honest I say this is super powerful. It gets rid of a lot of bad cards that you put in just so you aren't blown away in the first few turns. Anything outside of fatigue and combo decks I think this is good. Yes agro/zoo too if you get cleared a few times in an agro deck you pretty much loose. So if Hemet comes down gets rid of all your bad top decks and you are left with a few late game beaters even if you only have 5 turns to use those cards before you go into fatigue its better than drawing 1 drop 1 drop 2 drop and all of them being generally useless. So yes I think this is super good.
This card reminds me of hobgoblin. You would run this in a deck with low cost minions but I think it's still not that great. The ability is good but not great the way to activate it requires brew masters or shadow steps or ways to duplicate minions in hand/on draw. I don't think it's a good card but I could be wrong
3 mana conditional Blessing of Kings (+3/3 instead of +4/4) or a far worse Blessing of might. Why do they even make buff cards for Warlock they all suck.

This is close to a two mana mass despell plus attack debuff. I just have a feeling this is a broken card.
