That was so good, LOL! XD

    Good to see you!

Did you play the game lately? The reward system is certainly very different, and I am still getting used to it. The legendary on level 25 is a very nice bonus, but it does not feel great to grind through the levels from there and upwards. Weekly quests are cool, also, there will be specific decks to grind out those XP-yielding achievements, which there are many of.

Battlegrounds lost a lot of hype with an imba elementals patch, personally I don't enjoy that mode anymore.

The metagames in both wild and standard ranked are in a pretty decent place, and counters to the most popular decks are discovered as we speak.

It sadly gets very grindy from level 20 and onwards. It's Nice to get something up front thou and if you just want to play slow meme decks you'll love this system. The legends were surely a treat, but if you are a aggro meta guy... You'l be very disappointed. Alternately you can just play six hours a day and get more gold than before ;)

I also lost interest in BG even thou it's arguably more balanced and "rewarding" with 300XP/h rather than 10g/lifetime. Duels is really fun! For the first 10 runs and gets annoying and repetitive afterwards. Arena WAS  boring in the beginning but pretty nice now I think (and gives XP too). As for constructed... Just play aggro (pirate/token) druid in wild, reach legend and start playing weird shit afterwards. There are plenty of fun decks possible now with the last two expansions.

Seeing all this new stuff, people complaining all around and an entire new game mode make me feel so alive again, LOL. :P

HAHA know what you mean. The community is so alive now XD Never used hearthpwn before last expansion

    - btw did you read this as a complaint too? I did try my best to just give a flat review of the new stuff and how I play atm.

I'm wondering if team 5 have just gone down with stress after all the xp-hate, the bugs reported and the nerfs they now need to make. Seems like they'll need to double the crew if they want to be done by the next expansion release XD

Demon Hunter is currently four of every five games. It's ********. I've been playing this game for a very long time and there has never been a class so absurdly strong.

Ima need a tinfoil hat. I switched to Spell Druid and the Demon Hunters have disappeared. From four of five games to one in ten.

Make that one in twenty. Where have they all gone?

Cancer felt guilty and cured itself I guess...

DH has large sustain and crazy face damage. Also he can fight for the board. Even draw isn't problem. Basicly he has no weakness.

Rouge lacks healing, forcing her to clear aggro plays. Hunter lacks draw, forcing him to time his threats. DH has plenty of both and even more face damage, forcing him and his opponent to be bored throughout the game....

So when will we see some nerfs? Sounds like people are pretty pissed at DH and Voracious reader has wrecked havoc for months now. Just make it 3 mana at least. I'll spare you my 2 hour speech about DH ;)

posted a message on Let's talk gold, like-for-like rewards and "equal pay for equal work"

A big problem (that y'all mention so well) is how grindy the last levels are and how insignificant quests and playing gets.

One suggestion could be adding a 10g per 10th level (you have) to each quest, making them pretty much 60g guests by level 50. That would motivate people into going for high levels fast rather than looking at their level with dread. They should probably cap it at 70/80g thou.

here's a calculator you can use btw https://mytherin.github.io/hearthstone-reward-calculator/

As you can see, slow decks might get more, but aggro farmers will lose A LOT. Do i think the old system was good? NO, but the new system favors roping and that's even worse. Give both players 4XP per turn they played and give the winner the 400Xp/hour (6.67/minute) as a bonus. This will favor both fast and slow decks, but reward determined playing rather than going AFK.

Just a thought (sure I would love to just gain 3x more XP and 300g/level, cause that's totally gonna happen)

Not a bad idea either :)

I think they should HoF a good handful of cards and give DH some more variation for standard. That would make him fun and playable in both formats. Now he's like priests cocain addicted little brother.

As mentioned (I think)  DH has a ridiculous amount of damage and the best draw in the game. That enables him to play aggressive without any drawback and the latest expansion just gave him even more draw and damage XD like why!? Hunter got more balanced (I think) by not getting more aggro face stuff, but slower deathrattle and midrange secret synergies and still he has a horrible draw as his weakness. DH is like if mage had 10x fireball and arcane intellect. Scholomance introduced an a lot nicer synergy with the exception of lapidary (again, just why?!)

So nerfs!: Voracious 3 mana (it's broken for all classes), lapidary 6 mana, revert and HoF Altruis, Warglaves of A and skull of gul'dan and make some better demon synergy (like a 5 mana Azinoth 3/7 taunt with a cool deathrattle and a demon that summons stuff) . Revert twin slice (Altruis is now wild anyway). Stilt stepper... make him heal you 5 instead maybe? I'm tempted to say acrobatics 4 mana (still good draw). Bladed lady 4/4 or 6/4 for (2). Then buff Xavius to 7/6 at least (to make token/play combo better for DH). Did I forget something?

Hard to find a counter when I only have the dust to play one/two classes, I’d rather play against dh all day honestly. Certain classes are so obviously broken at the moment... Hunter, Paladin, Shaman, Rogue come to mind

well seems like you have at least 4 classes to choose from ;)

Sometimes it's just your play style that makes certain classes bone you. I used to do a lot worse against paladin than other classes that were actually doing better in the meta
