A 9-mana card being "broken" is hard to imagine in this day and age.
That said, this card, with Whirlwind as an activator, could well define a new age of Control Warrior. A form of Deathwing that doesn't discard your hand? A way to wipe the board of enormous jade golems while threatening nine face damage, while being safe from Mulch because Mulch is rotating out? Sounds juicy to me. Blizzard has wanted control decks to play for proactive win conditions rather than being a fatigue-Elise Starseeker-removal snoozefest, but to do that control decks need proactive win conditions like these.
