    Illucia will be broken but there is a difference between a hard counter and auto-win.

    Hard counter means you can try to play the game actually because you can win maybe a 1/3 of matches depending on your approach/threat assessment/resource management/etc. auto-win means if you queue up against it press concede is faster than wasting 20 min to discover you lost from the beginning...

    I'm not against hard counters if something hard counter other deck so beat it, but Quest Mage is the actual problem in wild go watch Zeddy and he has videos telling the data from High tier wild/low tier wild / mid-tier wild and everything is either Quest Mage beater or Quest mage so I'm happy for Illucia coming around cuz if that means both mages get to play they crazy stuff a little more and I can beat that shit sometimes I'll very happy about it.

    The priest still doesn't have a good draw engine compared to others so a combo deck can still win against. ( and that will be a hard counter btw )

    "WILD CASUAL" I can't believe you talk about meta and put a casual wild as an example, play ladder for a month and tell me what you encounter, spoiler alert Quest mage and Hyper-aggro. Non-mill rogues will play that against an aggro deck or Quest mage because they will lose 100% of times so they go to Casual as Res priest does because their decks are not competitive enough to handle the meta.

    oParis is indeed perfectly right about his statement, a priest can handle most things but "handle" doesn't mean he wins, means he has a 50%-60% chance to win, in the other hand Quest Mage is a 100% lose and that's the purpose of Mindrender Illucia.

    You play that in Bran in turn 5 and you just togwagled your opponent for the rest of the game AND stole their hand! Even the old MUCH slower toggwagle combo was a Tier 2 deck.

    With my OTK murloc paladin sometimes i  can OTK turn 4-6, but i need to get quite lucky for that to happen and there is a LOT of disruption possible (taunts , armor etc..)

    This is a reliable turn 5 win,,,, For hyper agro decks, control priest is THE WORST match up. You will never kill him by 5...

    Also i like priest my raza deck is 80% golden and have around 10 golden legendaries of it.... but this is insane...

    I will have prefered something more simple against combo, like battlecry your oponenent can not play more than 2 cards next turn....

    But in standard the card is good, but not meta defining so i do not see them hammering the nerf hard enough, unless the Chinese Wild comunity demands it. (larger server and with more wild servers that the other 3 combined)

     

     

     Bro read the last part of the card if you use brann its swaps twice so you pay 5 mana for a 1/3 and 2/4 , thats it.

    Is this card auto-include in all decks? Also no but in slower strategies which have less consistency this card help towards to achieve either the power spike of the deck without losing too many resources or find a specific card you need for your "combo" or swing to victory. 

    Dh already has a card to scry 3 put at the top in a 3/2 creature but this is neutral so is in a different level of good.

    What are you talking about? Priest is one of the most frustrating matchup for Quest mage: Convincing infiltrator and/or Obsidian statue + resses and you'll never gonna pull off the combo unless you get very lucky with polymorphs early on. Real cancer is secret mage.

     I'm not talking about res priest xD

     Nothing new in the horizon , there are already or Secret Mage and Discardlock dominant on the ladder so will see but don't think that will leave to a meta on Raza Priest and Aggro, I did think this card is amazing and maybe a bit too pushed but at least there is a chance to beat quest mage, maybe is too much cannot tell you yet.
