hmmmm...first of all Mr.Majordomo Executus does something that you lose the game...while anub'arak doesn't AND you can play anub'arak countless times if he doesn't get polymophed ,hexed or silenced

Look a lot better than Imp-plosion. Never liked the random RNG of Implosion. Here, the four damage is guaranteed.

I think it's because of the evasion ability. The Deathrattle of this minion makes it incredibly annoying to deal with and ties in with the Rogue's general theme: Evasiveness. The way that Rogue minions are designed, they are either A) pieces to a combo or B) an incredible pain in the ass to deal with because of their Stealth sub-theme. Here, unless the minion is outright silenced or a target of a Polymorph/Hex, this card will be an immense pain in the ass to deal with because not only is he going to be a spell target, but every single time, he dies, he'll poop out a Nerubian. Then he returns again on your next turn. HE JUST REFUSES TO DIE.
