    Guys, I know Pure Paladin seems the only Paladin deck viable but still,
    you could try this for example with Animated Broomstick and Wild Pyromancers in a Lybram deck, (apart from the consecrations), or also add a Teron Gorefiend if you want to try Quest Paladin.
    It's not META for paladin but it can be viable in the correct deck for it.

    You could (in theory) run a zoo full of 1 drops without Magic Carpets or the Scrap Imps (a madman, I know), and with EVIL Genius and EVIL Cable Rat [/card] as your only 2-drops (and obviously running [card]Sinister Deal in your 1 drops).

    Then you could play Lorekeeper in turn 4, Tekahn in turn 5, and a lackey generator in turn 6.

    It would be viable? I don't think so.

    Except they release a new legendary card for warlock like "insert Evil Teacher/warlock from WOW" 4 mana card, 2/6 taunt with battlecry: Add 2 random Lackeys to your hand.

    Then you could play Magic Carpets and Scrap Imps, and do like:

    Turn 4 Lorekeeper, Turn 5 Tekahn, Turn 6 This 4 mana legendary + tap (into your Magic Carpet), turn 7 Magic Carpet + plus 4 mana lackeys (with rush now!)

    That would be the only way of this being possible (again obviously without Hand of Guldan and Matrons).

    I don't think Lorekeeper goes in ZOO. Lets say you play it in curve turn 4, and you don't have any "Discard X card" in your hand.

    Well turn 5 you draw a dead card "Hand of Guldan",

    turn 6 the same, and in turn 7 you finally draw a Matron IF you don't have any other card like, you said, Tekahn or Gandling.

    If you have Tekahn for example you will draw it in turn 7 but if you haven't draw any Lackey generator before playing Lorekeeper in turn 4, well Tekahn now is only a 5 mana 4/4. The same goes for Gandling, you draw it but you already dumped your hand, well its a dead draw now.

    In turn 8 you draw finally your Matron and draw 3 cards, but only in order so you draw another Matron, and maybe Teron and the Imprisoned Scrap Imp or the Eggs if you are unlucky (and don't draw your Lackey generator cards).

    So... I don't see how can Lorekeeper work in Zoo with Hand of Guldan.

    To be honest I want for at least some metas to have less control decks (and the face decks that counter them) and more aggro and midrange.

    Sadly DH also counter aggro, midrange, combo, control, etc. so I hope this expansion can give something to other classes to compete...

    Finally Egglock could be a thing in Standard with the new Boneweb Egg.

    This also could be combo'd with any small card (maybe even Wisp xD) plus a Animated Broomstick at the end for a kind of late game Zixor Prime effect.

    Would be good enough? I have hope, I miss Zoolock and I miss people playing minions and fighting in the board (instead of discover aoe, play aoe, discover removal, play removal, discover discover etc...)

    I'm glad they made it Epic, I'm tired of having to play only Warrior and Mage in arena to get those free 12 wins.

    Still it will appear in the tons of Discover a spell and Evocation and people will suffer it with Azure Explorer (that any good mage in arena have at least one and generally more).

    Oh I can't wait to keep playing Mage as all metas since Arena exists xD

    ...

    Now that I think maybe the Azure Explorer + this card could work in constructed, who knows?

    Things like Sylvanas Windrunner + Power Overwhelming was often a good combo back in the day for 7 mana, mainly to steal an annoying Deathrattle minion, sacrifing a minion and a spell for it.

    This card don't have that steal property, but against cards with no deathrattle this card is better as, for example, when use it with a reduced Torrent or a Shadow Word: Death for a similar effect to Natalie Seline, with the difference of needing on extra card for a reduced cost of 6 or 7 mana and leaving a 4/6 plus a possible big minion (as an 8 +/- health minion) with a desirable trait (taunt, deathrattle, etc), instead of only one big stats vainilla minion as Natalie Seline.

    It's good enough? The meta will says, but this card can made a big tempo swing in the right decks.

    This card worth is equal to how much Lifesteal cards are in the game available for both classes.

    Imagine they reveal a 3 mana 2/4 with Stealth and Lifesteal for any of them (It wouldn't be so strange seeing a similar 4 mana 3/5 card with two traits as Ashtongue Battlelord).

    Now you have an on curve 4 mana destroy a minion YOU CHOOSE for free thanks to an easy condition.

    We also have a similar card for that in hunter with a condition to destroy a RANDOM enemy minion for 5 and its broken in some matchups (Rotnest Drake).

    But that choosing and for one mana less? Good Lord...

    And against control decks have more chance to live enough to draw something to combo with this like Mo'arg Artificer.

    Let's says a mage opponent plays something like Learn Draconic + Deep Freeze on Turn 9.

    That leaves them two 3/6 that freeze, a 6/6 and your face freezed.

    Forget about swinging that Flamereaper ever again, and wait for that Kalecgos + free Pyroblast on your face /Polymorph in your taunt for lethal in the next turns with all those minions.

    But now you can use this card (Cycle of Hatred) + Mo'arg Artificer and remove their board and have four 3/3 for free (four because you also kill your Mo'Arg).

    Sure they can play Flamestrike or The Amazing Reno after but still, you are forcing them to use big removal for free.

    It's this card good enough against a face and zoo-kind decks? No, except you play more taunts/heal and AOEs, then it could be relevant.

    And DH has a good curve plan for that, in Ashtongue Battlelord -> Chaos Nova -> Khartut Defender -> This card. So it could work both against aggro and control in the right deck.

    If you want to grind, and I mean GRIND, you can do arenas (in this meta always autopick warrior, 2nd option mage, 3 option paladin or hunter).

    If you want to spent money you can by the pre-purchase bundles for the next expansion, but I would wait till more cards are released to see if they are meta defining or not.

    This deck is a Tier 2 face deck, if you know how to play is not hard to get Legend, and even less to get to Rank 5.

    Obviously this deck is for who want to play something different and a little (not so much) challenging that an easy Tier 1 deck.

    Saying that you are ranking up with the actual best Tier 1 deck don't prove that you play well by the way, but please yourself.

    Well while the meta is different post Rank 5 and even post Rank 3 that it is for Rank 10, I find hard to not win nothing in that Rank with a fast deck like this one and with the winning streak help. Maybe if wasn't your day, or you need a bit more practice with face decks.

    That being said, if your struggle too much which things like DH or Warrior, change 1 or 2 Scavenger/Tracking for 1 or 2 Frozen Shadoweaver. I tried them in other decks (from aggro to control) and they are really the tech winners.

    If you struggle with control you will need to put something like Teron Gorefiend and a Leper Gnome.

    I don't have it and I didn't need to craft it because I won all matches and even now in Legend (while I'm playing other decks for fun), I'm still unbeaten when I choose to play this deck.
