    The paladin suggestion is easy and great. Of course level up would make it top.

    I see there is a good number of druid cards to build something useful. Token druid version by crafting the two wispering woods and 3-4 commons. Then puting splintergraf in just because he is there and good enough :-).

    Here a a suggestion from what i did see.  (of course two jasper spellstones fit). Don´t know if crafting the two epic is a viable option. This is about 1k dust.

    I would prefer being able to just chat with my oponent. Just give me a blacklist if someone starts to nerf. I actually hate it to limit or cut of communication. If that is needed we are in a realy sad state .

    realy like it. As mentioned two avenging wrath seem not good. I would replace one. Not shure about bloodmage too. I personally realy like hydrologist and i will synergize with pyromancer too. Speed and token clear :

     -2 avenging wrath (arguable to leave one as nasty surprise)

    - bloodmage thanatos.  (I like him too but he is a bit weak if you want tempo)

    - lich king (it´s arguable, hes always good but 8 mana)

    + hydrologist

    + 2x wild pyromancer

    good options:

    + nat pagle

    + Defender of argus

    + fairy dragon

    well if all decks are equaly strong and only matchmaking decides then it will come down to playing skill...

    Basically you can only climb slowly. The overall winrate if you use a T1 or T2 competative deck will be like 50% from deck and matchmaking + a few percent points from playing skill and maybe 5% from adapting your deck to the meta. So a good player (deck adaption/building and skill) will maintain 55-60% winrate. Copy an metadeck will give you a winrate of about 50% +/- a bit depending on your skill. Above rank 5 when all play well and use T1 and T2 decks it will come down to meta adaption and luck (which will decide climb speed). It´s all about probability.

    Rank 8 too and climbing. Don´t have enough time to get much more then about 100 matches per season). But i currently main taunt warrior. That shudder deck is my only one i can use too and climb or be stable. (I don´t copy metadecks. This would be totally unsatifying). I built a shudderdeck before looking at the meta and adapted it. Same for Warrior. It´s normal that my top deck are close to metadecks. That about 20% deck diffrence lets me win more.

    I have another version that also seems to work. But i guess it´s too expensive. Helmet is not needed but Zola is a strong addition.

    I use only one healing rain. Don´t want to have two in my hand early and i have a bunch of lifesteal.  The deck doesn´t have the faster freezing 1 mana elementals  and mana tide totems/acolyts for drawing. It has bogshapers as heavy card drawing mechanic and mid range threat. I used Hagata (thats why the deck is still named) but  she is questionable. Expensive board clear propably overfilling your hand for 8 mana. The blazing invocation is a joker. I used two for a while and they fit very well.

    Despite good board clears and a lot of healing potential it still is hard against strong aggro decks. Ooze or Mind control tech fits in but my experience with MCT was not so good here. My version has more defence with taunt and lifesteal moving the draw to the later game. Far sight is super strong in that deck!. As a nice additional trick i have a piper for fishing Keleseth. The deck is slower but does not focus on shudder as sole win condition. It can just overrun in midgame too.

    This i a bit close to my warrior. I have more offense that results in more control or fast kills.  I also don´t realy like the chain gang here and have two tar creepers.  I also droped Azalina. Yes sometimes she is great but Elise gives me more punch in more matches. I did run both for a while but Azalina was useless in 9 out of 10 matches and even when good not a cetain win ... Unfortunately i would have won more if she had been a second execute or a Dihorn ... She still feels cool ... I also dropped the silence.  Somtimes i regret it. But it´s usually the cube and nothing else ...

    So i have less card draw but more punch and i win most hydronox annyways. I only loose if he cubes his hydronox, which is usually after witching hour.  So bad draw for me (both brawl and warpath in my last 6 cards)  or luck like one that got him after 6 raptors in his graveyard.

     I agree that odd shaman is propably the worst of my decks shown. But it´s not terrible. At least not in this version. I have the feeling that it might be positive with some optimisation. I am unbeaten in unranked with it, but lost more then winning in ranked. But the losses were all close so ...

     Fun is usually winning with a non meta deck. It´s satifying to see your own deck working ;-).

    I can build good fun decks annytime. Problem is they are often at, or slightly above 50% win rate if you try it above rank 15 and need to be optimized or accepted not to work for climbing with an acceptable speed.

    Annything from my decks here except the taunt warrior is a strong fun deck.  Taunt warrior is strong but i don´t know if a control style is fun if you want to climb playing lots of matches ... Crazy Witch is a shudder deck but it´s a variant that might surprise a bit. And odd shaman is something no one will expect XD ... Can be a bit clunky  for me it´s fun to play totally unexpected stuff.

    i would say you don´t neet double owl in that deck. Also zola is a bit out of place.  Also ysera. They are good cards but not the top selection in that deck.  In addition i think the iron hides are too much armor.

    Suggestion:

    Remove:   Zola, Ysera, both owls,  2x Iron hide.

    Add:  2x Tar creeper, big game hunter,  Alexstrasza, Cuntess Ashmore or Azalina or keep ysera i you wish.

    You then have only moderate to low card draw and your win condition is basically your good legends so outvalue. So there is no strong threat.

    It will lead to nice matches but i don´t expect a high win rate.

    Maybe think of adding the quest and two phatom militia.

    Its a good meta. Shure you see the same metadecks 90% of all matches. And each deck has bad matchups so there is a large number of pairing luck involved.  In the end it comes to playing a lot of matches (grind?) and if you play it well and have a deck that is adapted to the meta you will climb. Just expect that you will be between 50-60% so nothing for impatience ...

    I currently main taunt warrior and a non meta variant. Shure if i get something like 5 big hunters in a row i propably loose more of them and if i get odd paladin i will win 4 out of 5 ... The trick is to win against more of the metadecks. In a meta with token + hydronox druid, odd pala, odd rouge i will win most matches. In a meta with shudder, control priest and big hunters i will have a hard time. But bet on it i have a much better chance to win the bad matchups then to loose the good one´s. So i climb.

    I fear it has not enough resources in this setup. I play a taunt warrior version without DMH. Both DMH and bring it on is basically one card less. While bring it on can help in a few aggro matches i considder it a lost slot and drywhisker armorer much better.  My taunt warrior rarely dies to fagitue even when drawing the whole deck.  It might happen against pure fagitue decks, but those have kings towaggle or benedictus and you won´t win it per fagitue annyway. Long games are won by your hero power.

    Your setup will work due to most cards are taunt warrior setup but your winrate won´t be great. My version is a taunt warrior with rush addition. I droped expensive taunt cards like lich king and primordial drakes and even Direhorn. The rush creatures and berserkers are like additional creature removers that can also add preassure. My board control is usually great.

    Another important thing. I can´t imagine that it works without brawl .... I used one brawl and i recognized a significant higher winrate/stability after adding the second ... so ...

    Shure you can use a lot of variants. Acolyte of pain is good in the deck, lich king, dihorn hatchling and drakes all fit very well. The joker against slow decks is Azalina but i removed her due to usless in most matchups and even when she is good in the matchup she is not a save win. Would like to add her but no space left. Added a second execute that is useful in nearly all matches and helps against current big hunter popularity.
