no zilliax?

those are all things we will need to test when the xpac releases in order to min/max the deck for sure!

Lacks card draw. If you draw a whole bunch of secrets and no minions your in for a bad time. Perhaps loot hoarders with the redemption synergy or even crystology might work.

The game isn't about good and bad, the game is about having fun while coming up with combinations of cards that, in the end, either synergize well against your opponent or not. Do some not work out? Certainly. Do some work out? Certainly. Your comment just sucks the fun out of the game and drives people away from enjoying it. Stay positive my friend, you'll be happier if you do

Avenging Wrath x2 is definitely better than Val'anyr .

Crazy, I too went for the corpsetaker route though my even pally is more similar to the older even paladin from the beginning of the witchwood xpac. I also opted for Glowstone Technician as dropping your 1 cost silver hand as 3/3 minions BEFORE dropping level up is totally insane.

I thought so too. If you try the Spirit, tell me how it went! :)

I tried it; honestly for me it was too slow because the deck as a tempo archetype wants to put pressure on board every turn, if I play it on 4 it's just a huge tempo loss and we don't have many board clears :( I mean if you like it, you can try, maybe it works for you :) this is just my personal preference! :D

Watch out everyone, we've got a serious player over here!

I love Silver Sword in theory. It never works in practice. That card is beyond slow - it's special needs.

Oh the horror of me spending the money I earn on the things that I enjoy. ;-)

Sure they do. I always buy the biggest bundle and it doesn't even dent my wallet. I buy one for my wife, too. :-)

I know what to tell you, I'm having fun. And it's what I enjoy spending my money on. And I have the money to spend.

Shielded Minibot is back, baby! Sort of. Close enough. I'll take it.

I know there are paladin decks out there with higher aggregate winning percentages than this one (mech, pure, holy wrath) but none are as much fun to play. Highlander pally is like a little puzzle you have to figure out each game depending on what you can do with the cards you have in hand, which is just more fun to me than a deck that works the same way every time.

Brazen Zealot is a card I have a difficult time keeping on the board without another minion to buff its health. Even with its synergy with Sky Claw it never seems to stick around long enough to be of any use. So I pulled both copies in favor of Bronze Explorer which helps both with health (a little) and more consistent card draw. Yes, it's 3 mana instead of 1 but you get SO much value for that 3 mana (Lifesteal, a dragon and a 2/3 body on the board) that I find it's worth it.

Surprisingly well. I was underwhelmed by this card at first glance, too, but it's an annoyance your opponent has to deal with every round or, BOOM, 3/6 taunt. If you can play it off The Coin it gets you off to a strong start.

It's very playable right now. No one would argue that paladin is in a great spot at the moment, but I'm having a fair degree of success with this deck. More than I would have expected.

It's not fun to play the same OP class everyone else is playing.
