Yeah, but even then buffs tend to be considered stronger than raw stats on minions. Shattered Sun Cleric is better than a vanilla 4/3 and Blessing of Kings (which is essentially a 0/0 with Battlecry: give a minion +4/+4) is better than Chillwind Yeti, even though the latter has 1 extra HP. Those cards don't have the Beast requirement, but I think the point can still be applied.
However, for certain effects, I'll admit that self-adapting might be better (Divine Shield, for instance, as Shielded Minibot is better than Argent Protector)
It's a 3/5 in the sense that opponent needs to deal it 5 damage to prevent its first attack. It has a "guaranteed" attack, but doesn't build a permanent board.
This is not very original, but Zoo could be for those effects that activate after summoning a minion, like Knife Juggler or Darkshire Councilman. If this were a keyword, it would allow to create synergy with this effects, like:
So for instance, if you summon a Knife Juggler with this on the board it would shot two random knives (and then one per minion summoned, as usual).
If a character A Binds another character B, each time A takes damage, B will also take it. For instance, Wrathguard could be rewritten as: Battlecry: Bind your hero.
Here are more examples of this. Only problem is that I couldn't find any card that does not fit thematically with Warlock or Shaman.
I didn't read the whole discussion thread, so if there's something too similar to this there feel free to delete it and mark "Plagiarist" in my ass with red-hot iron :P

This card is kinda broken imo. Compare it to Verdant Longneck:
1- This can be played on turn 2.
2- Has vanilla stats, while the Druid card has -1/-1.
3- Can use the Adapt effects in the very same turn it is played.
I know it's not a totally valid comparision, because Longneck is pretty bad, but, come on, something that can be an Argent Protector, Abusive Sergeant, Kabal Talonpriest, Windspeaker or Shattered Sun Cleric on choice AND with vanilla stats is too much...

Problem is the only weakness of Jade are super fast deck, unless they print some wacky anti-token card.
Like "Battlecry: Destroy all tokens" or "While this minion is on the battlefield, minions can only be summoned by playing them"

Rarity is usually more about unique effects than about quality.

-This is The Silver Hand, home of the strongest and most pious paladins. Now tell me, what is your most remarkable skill?
+I can kill a single Sheep and die in the process.
-Welcome, son.

I'd say not, as you're not choosing the target. But who knows :P It would be fun as heck if it were that way, that's for sure XD

Cheap minions won't be a good deal even if they are aggresively stated, as it will result in a huge loss in cards advantage (3-for-1 usually)

So, Shifting Shade young sibling? Not very creative, I guess Priest needed 1 drops with Twilight Whelp rotating out. And it's not an overstated body.

Next keyword: Sting

-You're without a doubt the most cancerous card I've ever heard of!
-Oh, but you've heard of me.

Oh, man. I came here watching if it had an update with Gadgetzan and it still hasn't Medivh, the Guardian xD
I have this deck also and I changed Holy Nova for Dragonfire Potion. Should probably change one Excavated Evil for another DFP, but I don't have a second one.
Also wondering which card should I remove to put Greater Healing Potion. Maybe one Flash Heal?
