It's already balanced. No need to change it at all.

Finally got some of the cards in the gallery. Still waiting on replies from the others and looking through some to see if there should be any changes in art, balance, etc.

Hey guys just wanted to let you know I've been a little busy but I'll get to read your posts and look through the cards so I can start working on the gallery pretty soon. Hopefully by tomorrow or Friday at the latest, sorry again:)

Shadowsword Guardian: A minion also found in SW.

 

 

 

 Just want to ask if it would be okay for me to update the art on some of those cards, I think I've found some good art that could replace the screenshots used for those cards. The art I was thinking of changing would be the art for the Unstable Manafiend and Doomfire Destroyer, the rest look great. Just wanted to make sure it was okay with you first, you'll still get the credit of course.

Somewhat the same with the Freeze mechanic.. same duration, can be silenced, won't stack on the same target, but the duration will be lengthened etc.

 Love the legendary and the concept for Banish, just wondering if we could maybe make the Banish effect a little bit simpler? It seems slightly complex for Hearthstone, but it's a really good concept. I accept your submissions! Just let me know what you think of simplifying the Banish effect:)

I like the idea of a late-game oriented Hunter card, and the random beasts is a good idea. If it's at all possible to add without making the card text too long, do you think it'd be a good idea to add: "Costs (1) Less for Each Friendly Minion on the Battlefield", so that it costs less to fill up your board if it already has some minions on it? Let me know what you think.

So I've spent a while thinking of some good ideas for expansions to the Hearthstone CCG, and I decided a good theme would be the official expansions of World of Warcraft. Basically, this thread will contain five expansions to Hearthstone, all based on the five official expansions from World of Warcraft. This means you'll see an expansion for The Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria, and Warlords of Draenor. My goal is to keep the cards lore-friendly and realistic, so that these cards resemble something you would see in-game. Since this is a big project, I won't be doing it alone, that's where you come in! I would love for you guys to submit your cards to help with this big project, and don't worry - you'll get all the credit for your submissions. For more information on submitting your custom cards, see the submission form below.

We will work on one expansion at a single time, moving on to the next when the first has been completed. The following list shows what we still need. Expansion card amounts are determined by using Goblins vs Gnomes numbers as a guide. The expansions will not be as large as GvG, considering the fact that we have five expansions to go through, although I may make them larger depending on participation. Please read the list to see what is currently needed to complete the current expansion (I will update this list as needed, adding specific details where necessary). Current Expansion: The Burning Crusade.

-5 Cards for Each Class (Class-Specific Cards, With a Reasonable Balance of Minion/Spell Cards & 1 Legendary Minion for Each Class)

-Neutral Cards:

11 Common Cards

3 or 4 Epic Cards

4-6 Legendaries

Submission Info & Card Requirements:

Your Card Cannot:

Be a card that is already in the game, add features that are not currently a part of the game unless specifically instructed to do so, or be someone else's work other than your own.

Your Card Must:

Be your own work, contain a reasonably high-quality image, meet the current needs of the expansion, fit within the current expansion theme, be lore-friendly, and be independent of any spelling/grammatical errors. Give a link for the source of your artwork and provide any necessary explanation/comments on the card when submitting it. Be sure to mention specifically which category of the current needs it is being submitted for.

*If your card does not meet these standards, we reserve the right to refuse your submission. We will offer suggestions/feedback on the card and how to change it in order for re-submission, where applicable.*

I decided to make a Hunter card. This is my first time on the forums at Hearthpwn but I love making custom cards, so I thought I'd give it a shot.

Explanation: Card is a cheap Hunter spell based off of the Silencing Shot ability of the same class from World of Warcraft.
