For my take on the Monk faction, I'm going with a new mechanic, Chi.
Chi basically works as a stacking resource that can be used to boost the power of your cards. The cards gain you Chi up to a max of (4), and cannot stack further until spent. Monks also rely on healing and Armor, which is why they are a more tanky-ish class. They can take advantage of this and make sure to use the most out of their Chi cards.
Chi is visualised as a green Chi Sphere in the bottom center of your hero's portrait, which shows how much Chi (from 0-4) you currently have. At (1) Chi, the orb appears in bright green and gives off a faint glow. Fast forward to max (4) Chi, the glow is stronger and the number of Chi turns green to show that you've reached max Chi capacity. If you were to spend all of your Chi, the Sphere will turn dark and the glow will dissapear, as well as the counter reaching number 0.

The three faction cards belonging to Monks are the following:
This is my very own (and first) Hearthstone adventure and I am quite excited for showing it around here. I didn't really know what theme to go with, so I went nuts with an original concept that holds some Warcraft lore within it. Before I start I want to clarify one thing: None of the art used for the cards are mine. They are either form an internet artist or from the WoW TCG gallery of cards. So apollogies for any disturbance caused.
The adventure part is still being developed, so if you all like the idea and would like to see more of this adventure, or ,maybe, you just wanna see more cards from a new adventure, be sure to let me know.
Please be sure do also check out http://www.hearthcards.net/ - it has been my main tool in making these cards and, honestly, is a dang awesome page.
With that being said-
Sanctuary of Cenarius- A (Fan-made) Hearthstone Adventure (card edition)
As you know, you're a well-known adventurer. You've faced great challenges such as Naxxrammas, Blackrock Mountain and Kharazan (in fact you're still recovering from the hangover, who knew). But this time, it's time for you to relax, to take some time off from adventuring (and partying). You've been invited by Cenarius himself to be one of the first ones to get a tour of his soon-to-open Wildlife Sanctuary. Holding a great variety of habitats and wildlife from all over Azeroth within it's walls, it is sure to be an unforgetable experience. Nothing can go wrong... right?
Unfortunately, Demons have found their way to the Sanctuary and plan on corrupting it's wildlife and open a gateway for the Burning Legion. You know, typical Demon-bidding. We are greeted by Lunara, daughter of Cenarius, who then shows us the way to the... problems that are taking place.
The sanctuary is composed by 4 wings habitats: Felwood, Un'goro Crater, Swamp of Sorrows and Grizzlemaw. There is a total of 45 cards.
