I noticed that they're selling twist decks in the shop for gold. I've not played Hearthstone in a long time just noticed this though. I've no opinion on this either.

Lyfe posted a message on Why you should boicot TwistPosted in: Twist FormatNo. Twist is a nice alternative that we wild players have been asking for for a while
If anything, the cash-grab mode is standard. The mini-set barely came out and the next expansion is already being pushed down our throats.

hesoyam posted a message on INSANE Thir(s)ty Mill DruidPosted in: INSANE Thir(s)ty Mill DruidThis deck is amazing. (judging by fun amount) I just played like 9 games of it, fcked up my fizzle combos, finally managed to do one a few times vs priest and now i'm like 5-4 (above 50% winrate) with it (ofc low sample size) in plat. I found your comment under Chump's video and i thought there is now way you didnt publish it somewhere and actually found it. God tier deck my dude!
Upd: Paladins and hunters are almost unwinnable. I've managed to win against 1 paladin and 1 hunter overall.
9-12 now. (paladins 1-4) hunter kinda same. Its impossible to deal with huge bubbles and taunts.
I'm getting more familiar with the deck and pulling the fatigue combo
Maybe its my pocket meta, i'm facing only aggro. Anyway the deck is still huge good amount of fun.
I think its the best variant of mill deck that exists right now.
Also, since the miniset is coming tomorrow have you concidered changing the deck a bit?
2 mana 2-3 new druid card that resets hero power might be nice. Maybe something from neutrals idk? The main issue of this deck is inability to react to aggro because it doesnt have a board OR control tools to defend itself besides the sheep and rakes. Also, for me Kiri feelt weak and kind of useless. Hedge maze only real use is to trigger the sheep to deal 4 damage, giving +1 armor/dmg for 3 mana feels too slow and weak. Yes, aggro matchups are winnable, if they manage NOT to draw their core cards to faceroll you in 3 turns. Or if you draw a lucky sheep + maze and clear all the shit they dumped before hitting you for 20 damage. In this case a big issue is giving them a draw engine with dew process, they will be happy to shit in your face all of their low cost cards. But if you DONT draw dew, you literally can't draw cards yourself, meaning you will be stuck with a hand like Queen, Zola and solar eclipse for eternity unable to do anything. That's how i felt and I'll be happy to hear your opinion!
P.S. Also, I will be happy to see your gameplay videos as of a few people that are really intrested in this deck. 20 upvotes are kinda unrealistic to get (I dont mean it in a bad way) and leaving recorded videos unpublised feels like a waste.

grimper11 posted a message on LEGEND ComboCobold, 75%wr wtfPosted in: LEGEND ComboCobold, 75%wr wtfThe Dinner performer part not so much but I found some success fixing card draw issues by adding the nourish/wildgrowth and miracle growth. Dew Process feels a bit awkward but beast engine works better if u have the ramp and drawing 3 to get ur combo done fast is good. I just dont wanna craft the extra Oracle of Elune right before rotation so I am still coping with Dinner Performer :D

grimper11 posted a message on LEGEND ComboCobold, 75%wr wtfPosted in: LEGEND ComboCobold, 75%wr wtfI realized u cant resurrect discounted minions but still pretty overpowered.
I liked the general idea but I am going to try a different approach.
-2Kobald
-2Dew Process
-1Oracle of Elune
-2WIldbloom Seedsman
+Guild Trader
+2Innervate
+2Nourish
+1Dinner Performer
+1Wild Growth
Theory:
1 Dinner Performer Guarantees to recruit anything u want from your deck if it is on curve (5/6 mana). You can get rid of pesky 2 drops from your deck or you can place a Guild Trader or a Oracle of Elune as you need to and still have mana for ur plays.
Nourish/Growth card draw and ramp for clearing board with charge and setting up otk
Nourish with innervate for ez 2 mana 4/4 charge is OP card draw is a bonus.
Guild Trader = Free damage/Combo/Trade-in also mana cheated with Dinner Performer for 1 free mana. -

Sableflame posted a message on [LEGEND] ShadowStealPosted in: [LEGEND] ShadowStealI only had one Voidtouched, so I already swapped in Harvester for her.
What do you think of Theft Accusation as tech counter to Armor Druid drawing giant taunting plants? You should never be at a loss for stolen cards to play (especially with Harvester in play), and it's a 1-mana auto-kill to anything targetable.
*EDIT* ... also, Identity Theft on back to back turns and stole 2 copies of Raid Boss Onyxia from a Dragadin deck. He Anachronos'd the first one, then rage quit when I dropped the second one... LOLOLOLOLOL

Elwynn_Boar_Priest posted a message on [LEGEND] ShadowStealPosted in: [LEGEND] ShadowStealThis is definitely a hard deck. But very good, can run several different tempo archetypes and only really loses to aggro druid. Best priest deck of the expansion so far !

I was thinking literally the same, my friend!

meh. I have 50% wr with lightshow in legend climb and dumpster, your comment is kinda useless. I wouldn't suggest mage to climb since it has very polarized matchups, but it is ok for fun encounters. Grow up kid!

EDIT - Title is clickbait ofc
Twist format is predatory and I won't play it until they cut in half the dust cost of non-standard cards, or give some "free rewards" to help compensate.
No one can play this mode and have fun in Standard (which is now full of bots, created by Blizzard, you can spot em because their name is always made by two words) without spending real money. It's like... impossible as a new player.
I think this should be better addressed, IE different battlepasses to choose from giving more SPECIFIC cards and/or specific modes. This should avoid people quitting the game because they find themselves in a didnt-play-for-2-month bottleneck, because the deck (usually classes, if you have to manage your resources) building wouldn't be that RNG based.
Blizzard often uses the 98-2% business model where they dont care about the mass but try to milk the big whales (see mercenaries and other titles) and I'm afraid they won't think they will change it if we don't push this.
As a side note, I guess it would be ok too for me to have a monthly fee to pay to play the mode (dust free).
Thoughts?

I play since beta as f2p (I am an infinite arena player) and I always been able to craft all the homebrew deck I wanted for the standard and duels format.
note for dumb people: f2p means collection-wise, this doesnt mean I've not spent hundreds on skins. :D
edit: thank everyone for feedback, added text to better describe my point of view

It's in every player interest to improve the situation tho, even the time of release is clearly a moneygrabbing strategy.
Title is clickbait ofc, I just want to have more player feedback

Lol, thank you for the feedback.
I often combo armor druid before them, I always mulligan for Theft and mind eater, they often keep combo pieces in starting hand and they will never come back after a t6 stolen anub rekhan full board.
Theft accusation could be an ok niche meta tech, but atm I think that "always useful cards" > removal (in most matchups)
2
I always keep weapon and skeleton against druid because of that! I don't feel it's that bad of a matchup, but I'm so happy to hear you are having fun with it!
3
sure bruh

Nice video mate!
Ps. Against Dk always take muncher! I once got two, played them in the same turn and then resurrected back with Basaleph. 10/10 bullshit :D

Volatile Skeleton helps with the board and general synergies. I tried it and never looked back.
Harvester of Envy could be a nice addition, I originally forgot to put him in the deck but after some games I realized it would be pretty hard to pull it off. You usually play for tempo, I would expect to play him as a vanilla 4-3 more than half of the times.
I would probably sub a Cathedral or most likely Xyrella to test it.

Thank you for the feedback mate!
I think this plays best as a climbing deck than in dumpster legend. I had quite a less success there too, but mostly due to bad matchups. This deck crushes a lot of decks (blood DKs especially) in the funnier way possible though!
I think Undying Allies is nice and it's very often a mulligan keep. I don't tryhard to maximize its value tho, its just staple 0 mana value in a very resourceful deck.
I almost never play Psychic Conjurer t1. Regarding bad draws, I had two unplayable games in 50. Seems fair to me.
I agree on the fact that this is not the best competitive deck, but I think Voidtouched Attendant and Astalor Bloodsworn could be a very valid inclusion in faster and more solid versions. I would also say Xyrella is 9/10 just overkill, I'm not even sure the shadow hp drawback makes this anywhere competitive at all.
This deck just takes the funnier combos in priest to me and combines them together, winning a lot with unexpected bullshit. It's one of the best experiences I've ever had in Hearthstone :)
