Honestly like a bunch of my fellow players, Baku is giving me new life/hope for Control Warrior. But overall I don't dislike many of the cards, but I am not deeply impressed by them either. Both Hunter and Warlock have gotten a very powerful legendary and I can see Shaman's new DK see some play but overall I just feel meh about most of the cards. I do love the Forest Guide artwork and Nightmare Amalgam looks like a fun card to me!

So Blizzard can try to be sneaky and make extra money. I also want to say they tried using the excuse, "It makes it easier on the player to use their own currency so we changed the prices". I'm not sure what to believe anymore.

The last thing I will say on this matter is there no way we can even tell if you faked that message to yourself or had a friend send it to you to make it look an admin sent it to you. But honestly if you have time to do so that's up to you. I'm not going to invest anymore time into this, for anyone who wants to join the group I say its been a quite fun alternative to join. It gives another fun community to join like hearthpwn.

So I'm a sucker for a cool animations, so I decided to make this card which pretty much makes a boulder slowly crushing each of your opponents minions and then rolls off the board. I chose to make it 9 mana because it's better than Twisting Nether which also kills your minions and Psychic Scream which in addition to putting your opponent's minions back into their deck put yours in there too. Another reasoning for the 9 mana slot is to make it hard for you to be able to use your hero power or summon an additional minion after using the card.

Leeroy Jenkins is a great Legendary card that is going to stick around in Standard mode and can be used in multiple decks, so personally that would be my first craft. Sunkeeper Tarim is a great Legendary card, especially for aggro/mid-ranged decks, however is not always needed. Depending on what Murloc's you may need and you solely plan on playing aggro Murloc Paladin decks you may want tot craft those before Tarim, but it also depends on the cards.

I'm going to read everything when I'm home and not at work, but how do you feel about the substitution of Brann Bronzebeard for Tinkmaster Overspark? It does give you an opportunity to double the battlecry of Kazakus and many other battlecries in the deck and also gives you chance of creating more potions that give off that Polymorph affect that you are looking for from Tinkmaster.

Got to agree with 9k, I rarely ever saw Southsea Captain played until Patches was brought into the game. The only three cards I would see in decks that played Pirates, which didn't have the usual Pirate synergy (Priest, Druid, Warlock) were Bloodsail Corsair and Patches, or Southsea Captain and Patches. Kinda hinting at Patches may be the problem in the equation. Does that mean Bloodsail Corsair that drew out a Patches should also be nerfed? I don't think so.

I get your reasoning here - but by that logic, it would also mean that Bloodsail and Patches was overpowered (which obviously it wasn't in the slightest). Which to me hints that Patches wasn't the problem after all.
That kinda is what I was trying to say, Bloodsail Corsair and Southsea Captain did not start popping up in the meta until a lot more people realized the power of Patches. Extra damage from Southsea wasn't the problem, but it was favored because more aggressive decks cared about the extra damage to the face and more control decks favored the extra ping damage to remove a minion on the field. However Bloodsail Corsair and Patches was favored more during a meta where Pirate Warrior was everywhere, Paladin played bigger weapons because they weren't more aggressive, and Rogue played quest with weapons. No one was looking for a nerf against Bloodsail the nerf needed to be brought to Patches. The reason being when you are fighting a opponent and they played any type of Pirate that drew out Patches shrinking their deck and giving them big a tempo swing, the power laid in the card that was being pulled from your deck, plus the extra ping from his charge gave Patches another hit to the face for aggro or a ping to finish off an already weak minion for more control oriented decks. I think the nerf to Patches was a good choice. Will it stop people from not playing the card, probably not, but it won't hurt as much when it is pulled into the battlefield.
TL:DR Southsea Captain, and by default Bloodsail Corsair, does not need to be nerfed. Patches needed to be nerfed and it did. So good.

Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed by what I found. I'm hoping they will take my idea in the future, really the way to win this one is establish a board early on and hope you can buff your minions before your opponent does. This is such a disappointment after we just had Nefarian. :(
