Big and a bit flexible tool for Hunter. With his lack of reliable draw options Giant Bear will be summoned mostly vs Aggro or Midrange, slowing them and providing a bit of healing to avoid lethal damage. Drawing part is overcosted to not make this card broken in a class struggling with lack of cards in a hand.
If the rules of getting Arcane Dust for HoFed cards are the same as last year, then you will not get the dust for 4 copies of the same card, only 2 - the maximum amount that you can put in a deck (golden cards over normal ones).
You may just write cards' names like [.card]Card Name[/card] - this will automatically link them (just remove the dot in the first bracket).
PS. This deck is very interesting. Have you got maybe some replays/videos? I can't play it because of many legendaries that I am missing, but it must be really fun to play with...
Hi everyone! This card below was intended as an additional tricky option for slower Hunter builds to deal with wide Aggro or Midrange boards to not rely every time on
Unleash the Hounds
or
Explosive Trap
- classic Hunter's board clears. With efficient trading, using a
Hunter's Mark
or any other existing removals
Swift Treant
might become a game-changing card, however it can be countered with your opponent's good board positioning.
I must agree with PileOfCheese's opinion about Corrupted Drake - this card is massively understatted or overcosted. Discarding one card costs around -1 mana ( Lakkari Felhound vs Ancient of Blossoms or Succubus vs vanilla 3 drop, for exemple Hired Gun), dealing 3 damage costs around 2 mana (Frostbolt, Darkbomb, Quick Shot and many others). With current stats it should cost 6/7 mana.
I also think that Corrupted Templar may be a bit underpowered - how Silver Hand Recruits can be reliably played? There is Drygulch Jailor's deathrattle and eventually bounce effects, but why would you like to use them on a 1/1? Generally at the end of the game this minion will be 5 mana 4/7 with Taunt - Nesting Roc is generally better and it is a neutral card.
Hi everyone! I wanted to give Hunter some love to make it a bit more tricky and replace Unleash the Hounds as an option for slower builds against aggro. It will be my first submission, so I would like to ask you all:
Is it balanced correctly (stats, damage dealt to the enemy board). If not, what should I change?
Is the name of the card proper? Does it looks like appealing?
I climbed to rank 5 for a first time with an active win streak. After climbing I won following four games, but I did not receive any bonus stars. Did anyone have the same problem and how can I fix it?
Hi! This deck looks pretty good! Do you have some videos/replays, especially against Cube Warlocks? Regardless of which deck I play, I lose against them...
I am sitting now at rank 6, trying to beat those Warlocks - I constantly lose against them. I have already tried Quest Mage, Aggro Hunter, Kingsbane Miracle Rogue and N'Zoth Shaman. I have got some questions:
1. Which decks are performing well against Cube/Reno Warlocks?
2. I was thinking about crafting Deathstalker Rexxar to complete my Giant Hunter. Is this deck working well in the ladder?

It is nice to see Molten Giant buffed back! Finally he will not appear only in Giant decks...
But the most important change is reworking all those gold quests - that is a step in the right direction!

Thank you for your help! Easy 4-0 (even Mal'Ganis on turn 5 was not good enough to beat this deck :D ) and rank 5 for a first time!

Is this deck still viable without Uther of the Ebon Blade? It is the only card I unfortunately don't have...

Maybe not that build from the Tavern Brawl, but Big Priest is a popular deck on Wild.
