They are tho, anyone that played some type of dragon deck based on sinergy cards knows that, there aren't really big "i win" finishers, you just use the low cost sinergy stuff to buy some time while increasingly reaching for the more powerful stuff, grinding the opponent, but if you fall too far behind on tempo too early slaming a big stick with some marginal value effect will not do anything, not every class have Crazed Netherwing or Duskbreaker, and is not like dragons are oppressive like pirates once where to demand SUCH a tech card. 

IF it as something like +/1+1, hell even +2/+2 and the rush effect i would be fine, but this is way too much.

It is not just a "good tech card", it is absolutely retarded of a tech when triggers early, dragon decks are heavely reliant on tempo, this puts them so far behind on it is insane. 

WHY +4/+4?! +1/+1 and Rush would already be really good, now if you curve this against a turn 3 dragon like the paladin explorer you just win, garbage design, or rather, balance

Cast it to hold the secret and use it with Arcane Flakmage or Cloud Prince for the value so it is pretty good.
