I vote worse. Suppose you get the dream, and your frail attacker (whichever one) lives to see one turn. The Core Hound can go face for decent damage. This will just whiff and kill itself.
There are so many interesting Spell Damage cards that are never really seen because Bloodmage Thalnos, Azure Drake, and Malygos are just plainly the best if you need Spell Damage. This card is an example Ugh...
THIS CARD DOES NOT - I REPEAT - NOT WORK ON SINGLE PLAYER BOSSES.
Do not waste 400 dust on this card hoping to steal the overpowered hero powers of the single player bosses. The card WILL NOT have any effect. One more time, DO NOT WASTE YOUR DUST. Source
I predict that Majordomo will be somewhat more competitively viable in mage after TGT with the addition of Coldarra Drake. The way I see it, decks based solely on Majordomo Executus as a win condition will not succeed as what do you do if he gets silenced? No, instead he will be seen in control-ly sorts of mages as a scary threat. Are you sure you want to kill my Domo? See, I have this Ice Block, and you can't be sure I don't have Coldarra Drake...
You can't exactly think of Ragnaros as having 8 health. You have to think of him as having 15 health but the first 7 can be skipped by Big Game Hunter or other hard removal. And unlike Lord Jaraxxus, you CAN just ignore the Domo and go face if you otherwise have lethal. These are indeed troublesome drawbacks, but in other ways the Domo is stronger than Jaraxxus. The Domo puts a threat on the board the turn he is played which can be used the next turn, whether with the 9 attack or Ragnaros's 8 damage hero power, whereas Jaraxxus's infernals can't attack until 2 turns after you play Jaraxxus. Also, Jaraxxus can't be played with Ice Block and, well, Coldarra Drake.
Though it was a hard-to-reccommend card before, I think this card would see play in TGT in Dreadsteed decks. By that, I mean decks which combine Dreadsteeds with Baron Rivendare or Kel'Thuzad to multiply their unkillable Dreadsteeds. Oh, everything on the board just got killed? Make that everything on your opponent's board just got killed.

Ogre Brute is a 4/4 for 3, or 8 stats for 3 mana. That is better than the Spider Tank with 7 stats.
Ogre Ninja is a 6/6 stealth for 5. It has 12 stats for 5 mana. That is better than the Stranglethorn Tiger with 10 stats.
Dunemaul Shaman is a 5/4 windfury for 4 with overload 1. Even with overload it is cheaper than the Windfury Harpy.
Mogor's Champion is an 8/5 for 6, or 13 stats for 6 mana. That is *not* better than the Boulderfist Ogre with 13 stats.
Why does this exist again?

He's intending to reference Ancestral Recall. The capitalized "Recall" makes that clear.

Don't waste your time! IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED THAT THIS HAS NO EFFECT ON SINGLE PLAYER BOSSES.

No. DIE, INSECT! is not one of the nine core hero powers, so Justicar does not affect it. Source

Dr. Boom is a 7 mana summon 2 boom bots if hit by BGH. Does that make him a bad card? Of course not.

*You play Spellslinger on an empty board, foe is at 5 HP* *Opponent gets Unstable Portal into Jaraxxus* *Ragequit*

If the card is anything like Blingtron 3000, then you can only get collectible spells. Not spare parts.
