Actually, after taking a look at the Choose One cards again, I am going to move him up to tier 2. I just realized that his interaction with Nourish is crazy good.
Fandral is the kind of card that won't be as great as a lot of people think, but tier 3 is a joke. If you drop Fandral, and he is not immediately dealt with, the game will spiral out of control.
It seems dumb, but the money adds up, and the time it takes to do the survey is only around 10 seconds.
I use it to buy free arena runs. For people that don't want to spend real currency, its a way to actually throw financial support at the game, without spending your own money. You of course have to have the hearthstone app on your phone, as its the only way to spend google play money. <snip>
It would have been nice to have an Old Gods themed brawl this past week. I know we are probably going to get one next week, but I remember when TGT expansion released, the week prior to the actual release, the brawl used two premade decks using TGT cards.
It would have been cool to play around with some of the Old God cards ahead of the release.
The druid one seems pretty good. Not a "must play," but there are certainly decks that can be built around him. Especially considering the druid nerfs, it seems like druid meta is going to be built around that card or c'thun.
Druid can be a really fun class to play, but it really has become very stale lately. You have to try really hard to not auto-include Ancient of Lore and Keeper of the Grove. Even trying to experiment with beast decks, which arent nearly as competitive, you're still really motivated to include at least one combo (just because damn its OP).
So druid can finally be free to experiment with actual decks. This news should be more exciting for people playing druid, than people that are tired of getting combo'd.
Also, on Ancient of Lore, I don't believe it will be used at all, except for the heal effect. Azure Drake is just a far more efficient card for a one draw.
Seems like a really fun card to play around with, especially if you draw him early. Its RNG, but its not as bad as Unstable Portal. Its not like youre going to be able to drop a turn 5 Tirion Fordring. In fact I can see this card being frustrating to play. Get Tirion with 7 mana, and watch him transform into a wisp the following turn.
I agree to a point. I think net decking is unoriginal, but its certainly not ruining the game.
A lot of players don't have the card resources to experiment with different decks, so by pulling an effective deck from the internet, they can focus their dust to building one decent, competitive deck, and go from there.
I do think that net decking tavern brawl is stupid though. The whole point of brawl is to come up with something original, given the particular set of rules for the week.

Savage Roar is still OP. Youre going to see a lot of token druids in the new meta

Way way back it actually used to heal for 8, then it got nerfed. Going back to 8 would have been good.

Because it's not dead?

What I don't get is the level of negativity I see all over the place. Its a F2P game, if you don't like it, chill TF out and don't play it.

Awesome Deck! Nope, I was wrong.

Just having cards to play in order doesn't really make it a "perfect" curve
