Demon Hunter

I have plenty of gold cards now! 

Pretty sad design by the developers that the top cards in standard, or so you say, are all aggro cards.

At legend today I’ve played thirty games and lost almost every single one to the extent I’m now against d5/6/7 players, 66% of games were against face hunter, and I didn’t win a single one. I’m playing lots of random decks but they are all strong, but they all just seem to lose to face hunter. Feels like the margin for error against current aggro decks is out of sync. They have too many tools to do unanswerable, unpreventable damage and I think it sucks.

Love this game but I think this is the worst meta in a long time. Feels like aggro decks, hunter/rogue specifically, need a slight nerf to open up the field of playable decks.

 

 

 Thats because this game is fucking broken and the developers refuse to address things like face hunter that have run rampant. Oh yeah, in a game about being fun and silly we have a deck that doesnt want to play against an actual opponent. Just ignore everything and barf leper gnomes and then rope in the rare chance they are losing. 

People will not admit this here but the developers fail every expansion on containing aggro. In some form or another we have decks that just go face nonstop. You can do it in wild, too. A lot of the time with secret mage you can get away with point+click to the face with all your cards. The games initial design in no longer conductive to a balanced environment and it has not been for years. 30 health is too low, Early cards are too snowbally and aggresive. There is no strategy for these players they just want to get their 10g or quest done so they can spin the roulette wheel on a pack for cards they dont use.

Unless you are in wild and you face garbage that you know you cant win like Raza, Cubelock, Quest Mage, etc. The most oppressive format in hearthstone

In a game about collecting cards and making decks you will get new battlegrounds heroes for the auto battler and you will like it. Enough of this nonsense about a game mode where you actually might use the cards in a different way

This is what we need. Aggro has made so many cards unplayable for so long and idiots who play it think they are good. 

This is one of the few places on this forum left to criticize or point out corruption in regards to how Blizzard has setup the payment model. 

We all know the mods are in contact with them. Its not misinformation at this point when you have to ban people or remove posts. 

Its very likely that Blizzard can manipulate RNG and those who pay more money or are streamers who promote the game probably get a lot of that going in their favor. 

"Oh 8 mana 5/5 how terrible" Without even reading the damn battlecry, You people are brats i swear. Its potential to bring out two big or medium sizes demons is why the statline is like that. At 8 mana IT MIGHT see fringe play in some cubelock, renolock, or demon decks. Do you want an 8 mana 8/8 that summons two doomguards, voidlords, or other big demons? 

I guess it doesnt matter when you dont have any original deck ideas, can't have fun, and our a basically Blizzard's robot running Tempo DH in standard or Quest Mage in wild every season

Despite the blizzard fanboys on here, the class was built broken and designed to be hyperaggressive. Both of these are points the community has complained about for a long time. Until the class has a rework i will not play face demon hunter.

 No, he is definitely right. Wild is an unbalanced crap show. 

I could not keep a straight face if i told you cards like Raza, Open the Waygate, Kingsbane, or others were balanced in wild's format. Raza + Shadowreaper was nerfed before. Thank god that Kaelthas got hit, or you would face Druids every other game that draw their entire deck in a few turns and either steal+swap deck or kill you by spamming 0 cost ultimate infestation, swipe, and starfire. Oh, and how about res priest...you know the deck thats been around for years in this format. I reached legend this season and saw 7 according to my tracker, so dont try and tell me its not played. 2 of the res priests were copy paste decks that had been in standard format. Barnes got nerfed solely to appease the community though pragmatically it did very little. They did the same with Open the Waygate. Two more spells is a joke and they did it because people were mad. It's a goddamn band-aid 

Wild is not balanced and it never will be.
