The only time i'd rather have this over a tomb pillager is when I draw it while cycling with an auctioneer, or to build up a crazy edwin early in the game. Other than those edge cases its a strictly worse alternative. If this is all they're planning on giving to keep miracle alive the same way tomb pillager did, i dont think it can stay a tier 3 deck.

This card is really horrible. With such low health, its all but guaranteed to only generate one card unless your opponent has an awful hand. For one less mana, you can just run undercity huckster and get the same amount of draw and attack power.

Does stealth make it better? Well, there's a 2-3 stealth minion available right now, rogues don't run it. No one runs it. Don't think it matters if a minion can survive to attack if its if its stats are only good enough to at best trade down or 1 for 2 up. 

Maybe this set will give rogue an easy way to repeatedly stealth a minion, ensuring this guy gets multiple hits off, but i doubt that is the case cause that would be really op with Van Cleef. Even if it were, I doubt I would run this card. There are simply much better cards that i would want to save that effect for. VC, auctioneer, and leeroy off the top of my head.
