Its a control killer not an aggro stopper lolz.  Btw my Renolock have so much board clear that aggro is pretty much dead vs me now

posted a message on New C'thun Cards in the new expansion ?

Cthun deck is the most boring deck ever. To make it work you need at least 5 cthun buffer, Twon Emperor and CThun. There go at least 7 card. You ussually only have 1 slot for tech, make all cthun deck the same and not flexible at all.

so i do hope no more Cthun, we need new and exciting new mechanics.

Dr.Six is OP for sure but i dont know what the hell wrong with Boom. Sure it quite op but not terrible like what ppl say. Heck my deck have Boom but most of the game I won without playing him(CW), I won a lot of games when my opponent played Doom on turn 7 and I dídnt draw Boom till late. Boom only OP in crazy curved deck like Secret Paladin when you can pump out threat after threat every turn. Another point is with Nzoth deck very popular, ppl somewhat more reluctant put him in deck cos 2 boom bot are deadrattle too so they may take Tirion Beacher Shredder place when you Nzoth.

posted a message on Are the mid ranks (20-5) harder now?

BEcause thanks to Ben Brode, HS became CurvedStone i.e who get the better curve ussually win. Skill doesnt matter much like last year, add to the fact most skill deck like Oil Rogue, Handlock , otk are killed. Control deck at the weakest period in the game.  Now anyone has IQ above 90 , netdeck and have few month experience with the right draw can beat a good player easily. I play to rank 5 this season and i noticed the same winrate from  rank 15

posted a message on YOGG or YSERA better?

    Yogg out in 2 year.

cant wait for entomb gone so i can put ysera in my CW deck again. Now Yogg is just better. We need more control tools from the next expansion for control deck able slow the game down past turn 10 frequently then ysera will be played a lot more. She always be one of the best late game card, a semi win condition of her own.

posted a message on thoughts on deathwing control warrior

    -1 Elise + Ragnaros Firelord

    -1 Alex - 1 Bloodhoof - 1 Revenge + 2 Slam + 1 Acoylte

Deathwing and Elise counter productive cos if you plAy Deathwing you destroy your hand so elise lost a lot of legendary. You need more threat so Rag is good , just to bait removal for your Deathwing later.

alex is too slow now , Slam + acoytle for more cycle to answers.

WARRIOR BRO GET YOUR TANK UP ON.

I have a couple of control warrior decks that I run in standard sometimes but my WR with them is abyssmal.
Usually I mulligan for early game removal to keep the board clear, and I basically just try to remove any threat the opponent plays as quickly as possible. I assume this is the wrong strategy, since I wind up losing most of the time. Any suggestions?
CW is a diffcult deck to pilot, you have to have understanding about the other deck and the current meta to make a correct decision. Sometimes best action is just tank up. You want to save ur execute and slam for biggest threat but sometimes you use it on a 2-1 knife juggler. Or vs zoo you want to be greedy with ur brawl but vs midrange deck you can brawl earlier. Small decision like that make you a good CW player or not. Or I used to auto lose vs control priest or renolock so I decided to play control priest and renolock myself for a while. After that, I comeback to my belove CW and my winrate vs these two deck improve a LOT. So I think to be good CW player, you have to be pretty good with a lot of other decks aswell.
