Lightshield is useless, and basicly Eye for an eye useless. Fel absorbsian is probaly to broken, And death from shadows is litterally Assasinate, just a little better, which is bad powercreep. Your wording is also a bit poor on the cards.

So you want to be favored against every deck all the time as priest? Because saying that priest stand no chance against jade druid is a joke.
Do you know a deck called dragon priest? Like a tempo/midrangeish deck with dragons? Yeah, that deck is awesome against Jade druid. Litterally just play your minions on curve and hold his board clean. And you win...
And getting 1 legendary in 40 packs? Well tough luck dude. I feel ya. I had 2 legendaries in 86 packs. Which was wraithion and Krul. I opened around 10 more the day after and got wrathion again, but thats just tough luck. Blaming Blizzard because you were unlucky with your packs are a childish thing to do, since someone have to be less lucky for others to be more lucky.
I feel like Blizzard actually have begun caring a lot more for their customers in recent times, than what i´m used too. As a long time wow gamer, Legion was almost everything the community wanted and their costumer support has been legendary with it. Blizzard have also tried doing this in hearthstone in the recent times, but i feel like there is too many crybabies on both sides, to make it clear what the community wants.
What a player want from a card depends largely on what type of player they are, and how much they´ve played.
I´m personally a every month legend player that plays infinite arena, ( And i´m also a huge dickhead ) And i simply adore when they intruduce hard tech cards like Jade idols. Tho its EXTREMELY strong against control, and single handely wins most games in fatigue match ups. Then its pretty meh in midrange, aggro, tempo and face matchups.
Its like an ooze/harrison/eater of secrets. Just directed against the type of deck a lot of big whiners like. Noone is outraged that when you put double ooze and harrison into your deck, then you just DESTROY pirate warrior. Because its a hated easy deck, that basicly just attacks your face every turn.

Btw i think this is one of the healthiest metas for a darn long time. The most cancerous deck ( Pirate warrior ) can be teched with very favoring tech cards including ooze and harrison. I remember few to none metas where its been this easy to tech, which i find amazing, since it makes it easier to eliminate the matchups you hate the most. I´m currently playing reno priest with harrison and ooze. And pirate warriors make me laugh.

Of all the decks i´ve seen in MSG Jade druid must be one of the LEAST broken things. Hell, i´ve only lost ONE game to them in 13 total games. And i´ve been playing NOTHING but midrange and control.
The deck has NO pressure the first 4-6 turns, which is absurdly slow. Pirate warrior eats them alive, hunter destroy them, zoo lock destroys them, i haven´t lost a single time to them with my reno Krul leeroy deck. And it seems like an unfavorable matchup against Dragon priest.
So what i ask of you is, which decks that are in the current meta does it actually counter?

This comment feels weird. So when Blizzard releases new content. You EXPECT them to give you free stuff? Don´t get me wrong, i´m probaly never gonna do the Heroic Brawls. But complaining about getting new content, is a ridicilous thing to do. You CAN just choose to not do it. The rewards are okay. As they give the idea that you have to be BETTER than others to get high wins. The only thing they could do that is justified is give the low 0-7 win ranks, 100 gold extra as an reward, so they don´t feel TOO gold starved.
