I mean it is infested and not corrupted, but still they made it look on stream like a new version of Tauren Warrior, showing the original card first and then changing it, kinda like they did with all the other corrupted cards they first revealed, so you would expect it to have some cool mechanic that resembles the original but still different in a way. Either way this card is bad and very unoriginal.
What a terrible, boring card (I guess only for Arena). It doesn't even make sense considering the theme of the expansion, shouldn't corrupted minions be the opposite of their normal versions, like for example Polluted Hoarder? This should have been a card with Enrage: Lose Attack or something like that, what a shame...
So here is my opinion about the last cards you added:
Mountain Lion - Really good for a common, would be really good in inspire/beast druid.
The Red Bearon - For a 6 mana creature (+ a Hunter card) 4 attack is too little, make it a 5/5 or even a 6/4 (maybe a stretch).
Scarlet Battlemage - I think maybe make it 2/4 with "After you cast...".
Prayer of Fortitude - It's so useless for Priest. Priest is all about control, +1/+1 is to small and unneeded, why would they need a card like that?
Devouring Plague - Too OP. Worst case scenario it's a really overpriced Dark Bomb, best case you just stole a 4/9 Ysera or a 8/5 Ragnaros the Firelord from your opponent. The whole concept just doesn't work.
Goblin Assassin - It's a good card but maybe make the cost and the stats a little bit higher. You need a weapon to make him work, and because of that you would never play him on turn 2, kinda like Goblin Auto-Barber, but because this is a Combo unlike Auto-Barber it's better.
Durotan - Also good, which is rare for Shaman, a little bit confusing for the same reason Frostwolf Warlord was, but that's alright.
Elemental Overload - I don't know if this a new card or not. Does this card summons only Hero Power Totems? if yes than it's way overpriced.
Draenei Elementalist - Maybe make It a Discover and maybe even overload (1) instead. Having 4 mana only on the next turn and getting another Lightning Bolt or Earth Shock isn't worth it and just too random.
Demonic Invasion - I like the concept of this card but it can really get out of hand, especially in Zoo. Make it Friendly minions or Demons only.
Devious Gnome - Unless you discard it with Succubus on turn 2, he is pretty useless. 3 Imps doesn't really help you late game, only fill the board, and a 4/3 body for 5 is bad. All you need to do is to make the stats higher, or make it cost less.
Possessed Murloc - An actual Murloc that I can play on turn 3 without another Murloc on the board? Love it.
Kargath Bladefist - He is just boring, too much resemblance to Grommash Hellscream and 16 damage with 2 Inner Rage is just too much. I still think you should have kept the same concept that you had for Wrynn, only make it less Attack/more Health + maybe Taunt.
Inquisitor Whitemane - Actually I really like this card, maybe change the stats because the ability is too easy to trigger, and really hard to deal with 5 health.
Flesh Giant - 10 mana, the fact that 4 minions atleast have to die to play him for a reasonable cost is way too situational, and I would better play Sea Giant instead.
I hope this will help you and sorry if my opinions sound hypocritical. Anyway, about Banish, if only legendaries will have this ability then it will be ok if it will shuffle the minions back to the deck, because putting them back into the hand is underpower for cards like Kael'thas for example.

Works exactly like Holy Wrath. While you don't draw a card, it's not based on your draw, so you can (kinda) control the amount of damage.

The minions don't have to be damaged when the spell is casted, if the spell hits a non-damaged minion twice, it's destroyed.
