For as much as I love tuskar totemic and totem golem, the couple cards that made shaman a viable option outside of "a copy of hunter aggro with a different hero class" not a single rotating set card should remain in the classic set, because the single idea in itself debunks the purpose of a rotating system in the first place. If you want to play with older cards, there is a format for that, go play it once your beloved cards rotates out of the format, or better yet, do as I do, play wild because is FUN (dwarffortress players 'round here?)! lol.
I don't think you understand what I've put forward here, I'm suggesting this because Blizzard has said it's possible for cards from previous sets (That get rotated out) can become a card in the expert set so it's not that farfetched.
As the title says I'd love to see some of the adventure or expansion cards go to the expert set, even ones from Wild might be nice to have in the expert set (See Sludge Belcher or Loatheb, really helped the control meta for a decent amount of time hell even some cards from GvG were nice to see from time to time (See Antique Healbot or Blingtron 3000 were nice to see in control decks like Control/Tempo Warrior.
I'd also love to see Emperor Thaurassian and some dragon cards from BRM (See Nefarian or Blackwing Technican) into the expert set as they are staples in Dragon decks and Control Decks, hell even Justicar Trueheart are nice to have in decks that often don't utilize her (Hunter, Mage and Warlocks often don't)
Post your ideas and justifications below! I'd love to see them!
A new keyword! This will obviously only happen when you play a spell due to it being on your cards, and can only be a keyword on beasts or related things such as Druids, Hunters, Night Elves and their allies.
Each class will receive 2 commons, 2 rares, 2 epics and 1-2 legendaries
Though there are some which are void of this rule like our Wild God friends! These will count as both legendaries for the classes on the card, and due to lore purposes for Ursol and Ursoc will be (2) legendaries for the Hunter and Druid class.

I'd suggest keeping the Arcane Anomaly and taking out Faceless Summoners for the Azure Drake
