5 wins is break even point. Why dust doesn't have any value to you? It's basicly same stuff you get from packs, just in different form.

sicknantos posted a message on The Death Knights Rise - A History of Hearthstone's Newest HeroesPosted in: NewsOne of the things I love about Hearthstone is how it can expose me to all this rich WoW lore without having to experience the agony (imo) of MMORPG grinding and waiting around for raids. I love the writing and character creation be hind WoW, but having tried multiple MMORPG's (GuildWars 2 came the closest to reeling me in) I can affirmatively say that no amount of interesting story or characters or design or mechanics could ever help me limp along a game that I have to pay to play, then devote a great deal of time to if I want to progress at a speed I deem reasonable.
Summary: Hearthstone lets me enjoy WoW lore lite.

Maukiepaukie posted a message on Rogue Quest Nerf Incoming! Un'Goro Q&A this Friday!Posted in: NewsQuote from robert_fanr >>I admit : As an aggro player I do not appreciate this change at all ! I was really enjoying playing against quest rogue and now it's gonna be deleted from the game .
Tons of great decks were deleted from the game (RIP Patron, Combo Druid, Wargen, midhunter with cow - I will never forgive you for this, all super fun decks and not overpowered in winrare ) all because of whiny control players and guess what :
They will NEVER stop whining ! My guess is jade druid gonna be next on their "delete list".
Patron, combo druid, and worgen warrior were all uninteractive as hell, so they definitely deserved to be nerfed. They are fun, for the person playing it. And midrange hunter with cotw was just retardedly strong. Nice to see you confirm the stereotype that aggro-players are simple minded though. -

Ninugie posted a message on Rogue Quest Nerf Incoming! Un'Goro Q&A this Friday!Posted in: NewsYou cant nerf the caverns below w/o nerfing JADE IDOL!!!!
"The Caverns Below is uniquely powerful versus several slower, control-oriented decks and played often enough that it’s pushing those decks out of play. This change should help expand the deck options available to players both now and after the release of the next expansion"
Same thing applies to JADE IDOL card.
Have good day

Dorkpork posted a message on Paladin Quest Revealed: The Last KaleidosaurPosted in: NewsSheesh.
As a big fan of Paladin, I am not at all happy with this quest. They've hyped it up for a long time, basically since the first announcement, and it's just not right. With Lightfused Stegodon and Lost in the Jungle being added, and Stand Against Darkness being pretty much never played yet used during one of the recent card reveal videos, AND given that Galvadon's effect has been released for about a week already, I really assumed the quest would involve Adapt. Especially since Gentle Megasaur seemed kinda playable in a Curator-type Paladin deck already. This feels like a joke. Hey, Blizzard, April Fools is still four days away.
To add insult to injury, this card is also unplayable. So far, the only playable Paladin buffs we're going to have post-rotation are Blessing of Might, Divine Strength, Hand of Protection, Blessing of Kings, Silvermoon Portal, Blessed Champion, and Dinosize. Of course, you could play Humility, Holy Light, Hammer of Wrath, Holy Wrath, or Lay on Hands, but I can't imagine anyone would. So far, this card is utterly unplayable, because it's demanding and requiring an archetype that is too pathetically bad right now.
Sure, they could add some Velen's Chosen level of good buff cards for Paladin in future sets, but why bleed out the meta like that? Three expansions a year doesn't mean much if each one doesn't impact a class in any way. Paladin is already struggling. If this Quest was "Adapt 6-10 minions" (whatever turns out balanced), it would be fine and fairly playable in a couple decks. I'm assuming that has to be SOME class's Quest, perhaps Druid's, but why not give Paladin cards that work well with their other new or pre-existing cards? It NEEDS that right now, when their best archetype last expansion, which was a tier 3 deck, will be almost completely dead next expansion/rotation (Murloc Paladin).
Sheeeeeesh.
Sidenote: I legitimately think Blizzard is terrified of giving Paladin good cards after Secret Paladin. Wickerflame Burnbristle all but confirmed my suspicions, since he was clearly designed to be a Pirate but wasn't for some sort of balancing reason (think about it, Pirate Package in Paladin? Light's Justice is no N'Zoth's First Mate or Fiery War Axe), and that was clearly because Blizzard didn't want Paladin to be too strong again. But I buried my suspicions and assumed it was because they wanted him to be reserved for more midrange, anti-aggro, control type decks in the future. So far, Paladin's Un'Goro cards are tugging for different things. Buff paladin is not going to work at its current position, because in Hearthstone, buffing minions with spells generally isn't all that valuable. Galvadon would have been a potentially fantastic addition to a slow Paladin deck, but slow Paladin decks aren't going to run buffs to force this to work. They're treating some of these Quests like rewards for bad deck designs, and in this case, the reward isn't even good enough to justify the deck. If the Quest was more easily achievable, like by adapting a certain number of minions, Galvadon would have been another good tool for a slower Paladin, so it's really just a shame that Paladin will continue being sub-tier 3, at least at the current rate with Un'Goro's cards.

There are two types of people on this thread: those getting ripped off, and those who don't know they're getting ripped off. I've been playing, and getting other people to play, since the beta. But if we don't get a one-time full disenchant, I'll be doing neither in the future.
