I got Mage-Druid the first time, which went ok (4:3), the last game I was ahead, but lost anyway against Priest-Mage with Anduin DK. The second round I'm playing Druid-Mage and am at 7:2 atm, carried by Frost Lich Jaina DK, the losses were against Hunter-Paladin, who outtempoed me, and Priest-Mage again.
Overall I like the arena, but DKs are just very overpowering, you should not be able to draft them, just like you can't draw quests.
I went ahead and crafted the missing cards for mill warrior. It is a lot of fun for me so far, challenging too to figure out when to play dead man's hand, but I haven't played too many games yet to come to a more refined judgement. Anyway, at this point I have no regrets.
I saved some dust which is now burning a hole in my pocket. With the new patch now and the next expansion still some time off I figure now is a good a time as ever to craft a new deck. Plus, I am not trying to climb the ladder, I am more a casually playing ranked player, usually topping out between rank 12 and 8. I have most of the cards for exodia mage and mill warrior, but only dust to optimize one.
Which one would you recomment and why?
Or should I go for something completely different?
It really depends. If you won't play Garrosh you might as well dust him to get Rexxar, especially if you like to play Hunter. Hunter also has the additional advantage of being generally a rather cheap class in terms of dust, which might be good if you are f2p.
As far as power levels are concerned, both of them seem not to be top tier these days, but who knows how that looks after the druid nerf or the next expansion.
I personally do not care much about golden cards, and I have dusted golden cards and kept the regular ones to improve my collection, but some people like the shiny cards.
What it comes down to is what you value more, a cool looking card that you rarely play, or a regular one that you play for a while. Hunter is certainly not top tier, but as a Rexxar DK owner myself I will say that build-a-beast is a lot of fun, and even if you don't win a lot more with the DK, you sure won't lose a lot more either.
I choose a middle ground. I only keep one copy of each card from wild, which is usually enough to play tavern brawls, but still gives me a little dust boost to craft some of the new cards.
The only exception to that rule was Majordomo, because I never played him, but still he was sometimes summoned as a random effect and would lose me games, so I got mad and dusted him. Can't say I have regretted it yet, though he might be useful in some adventures.
Don't change cards. Make it that, if you are not playing druid, you can only face druid at most every 4th game. Let the druids play among themselves in the meantime.
The problem with the druid class is not that it is unbeatable, because it very much is, but that it is only reliably beatable with a small number of decks. By giving non druid players more opportunities to play against other classes would reduce frustrations and avoid changes that might shift the balance and create a new "cancer" deck. As a bonus, some druid players might get sick of facing more druids and play other decks as well.
I think the whole crafting question really depends on how you play and what you enjoy. If you want to play the best net decks, then it is certainly wise to wait. But it might turn out the tier 1 decks are something that you really don't enjoy playing.
I waited a long time to craft things after Un'Goro came out, and that exact thing happened to me. I crafted the Rogue quest, but that got stale pretty fast for me, then I tried Warrior quest, which I also found pretty boring to play. Note that these are my preferences, not a general judgement.
This time around I decided not too wait so long. I had saved a bunch of dust and, for the first time, pre-ordered, so I felt I have a good collection to build decks with. Consequently I just crafted what I thought would be fun to play. Priest DK, Mage DK, Rogue DK, and I have a very good time building whacky decks that don't have some astronomic 80% winrate, but feel very fun and rewarding if they catch someone by surprise. I'm pretty sure this will once again not be the season in which I hit legend, but if I enjoy 75% of the games, independent from winning or losing, it has been worth it for me.

Thanks for all the feedback!

Now I'll start saving dust for exodia.
Thanks again!

56 packs
Prince Taldaram (5th) Thrall, Deathseer (36th), Moorabi (46th), Professor Putricide (47th)
and Guldan DK from prologue
Also, about 12 Bonemare and several other commens 9 times
Pretty much slightly above average, considering the probabilities

How do you judge the synergy between Doomerang and Valeera the Hollow? In combination with two or three times Deadly Poison, maybe Leeching Poison or Envenom Weapon on Obsidian Shard or Shadowblade it seems to have some potential, but how realistic would it be to pull that off?
