posted a message on New Neutral Minion - Cursed Disciple

This is a 4 mana sticky minion with 12 stats. That's more than a piloted shredder on average. I'm not saying it's good, but it can't be that bad. Two magma ragers in a 4 drop is some serious value.

This is probably better than "Earth shock all enemy minions", for only 2 mana, no less.

posted a message on Karazhan - is it really worth to buy? Your Opinions

Every expansion there are people who say that the expansion is crap and that the cards aren't worth playing. Every time they are wrong. Sure, the vast majority probably won't be super competitive, but even in BRM for example, when there were only roughly 30 cards, and there weren't any good dragon decks, the few cards among the pack that were really strong had a considerable impact on the game and the meta.

None, because I want to collect cards. When I quit or leave the game for several years, I can always come back and remember all of the cool cards I collected. Plus they are useful/fun for brawls and wild.

Because you can use all swings in one turn in theory, which would be a huge tempo play. For example cleaning a Tunnel Trogg, a Flametongue Totem, a Tuskarr Totemic and whatever totem it spawned would invest 5 mana into clearing 6 mana worth of stuff in a single turn which is good tempo.
Just resetting the board isn't a tempo play, you're just handing the initiative back to the opponent. (The exception is obviously Doomsayer, which resets the board at the start of your turn, so then it because your initiative) Of course, Warrior can actually get away with it becuase of how survivable the class is, but that's a different thing entirely.
Clearing 6+ mana worth of creatures with 5 mana is always good tempo, and you don't need to make this play on an empty board. You could make it when you were already ahead, in fact, and send all of your minions to your opponent's face.

It's not that exciting imo. Basically the Skeram Cultist with weaker stats for an extra +1/+1 on C'thun which I don't think you need. Honestly I think C'thun decks are unlikely to use lategame C'thun buffers. Once you play Beckoner, Twilight Elder and C'thun's Chosen twice your C'thun is already a 16/16.

Also really boring flavour wise as it's so similar to Skeram.

I think you missed the part where it has Taunt. 5/7 taunt for 6 is pretty decent, the battlecry makes it even better.
Well it's still just vanilla stats. You don't play vanilla 6 mana minions, you lose too much tempo. So the question is whether the battlecry is worth it. And I just don't think so. The early game C'thun minions can already buff him up to huge stats, at a time when you can afford to play more vanilla minions. You can't really afford to play vanilla minions in the lategame.
Actually, no, it isn't. Taunt minions are not vanilla minions. Vanilla means that the card doesn't have a card text. The fact that this card has two very strong effects in its card text makes this card much, much better than its stats, which are already more than fine, imo.

posted a message on New Shaman Card - Thing from Below

If you have either Tuskarr totemic or totem golem, you can play this guy on turn 4 if you use your hero power for a turn. Obviously that does come with some tempo loss, but it isn't so bad with this being a 4 mana 5/5 taunt. If you happen to have two totem golems, two tuskarr, or one totem golem + 1 tuskarr, you can play this card on turn 4 with the help of the coin, which is very, very good. If none of these work, you can play this for free basically in the late game, which could ultimately be what this card is best for.

Also interesting to note that Master of Evolution will transform this guy into a 7 drop.

Ball of spiders + this = 6 beasts, all webspinners. Those 6 webspinners give beasts -> Also all webspinners.

    Mind blown.

30/130 cards spoilered and people complains and cry.
Get a life until all cards are reveled plz.

I remember people saying the same thing when "The Garbage Tournament" cards were announced.Guess who was right?

The people who said that it would likely have a considerable impact on the meta. Secret Paladin wouldn't be a deck, Aggro Shaman wouldn't be a deck, Aggro Druid wouldn't be a deck, Dragon Priest wouldn't be a deck, and many cards outside of those decks in the meta wouldn't be played.
The point is not that a fraction of the cards gives you a complete sight about the quality of the whole expansion, its that with standar coming and lot of good cards leaving each wasted opportunity to make a decent card hurts the game more.
Standar is going to have a reduced pool of cards so it is possible that each class ends with only 1 playable deck (and this would be a decent scenario) but it is also possible that some classes won't have even one playable deck (this has been the case for most of HS history) every bad card gets us closer to that.
Also you can't tell that you are going to be happy if you open the Boogie Monster instead of I don't know, N'zoth.
Actually all classes have always been playable. It is just that some have been clearly further behind than others. That doesn't make a class unplayable, however. Before a single expansion was released every class had at least one playable deck, so why should we expect different when we have two adventures, two expansions, and classic?

The body seems a little weak, worth about half as much as the mana cost, but it could help set up combos in a minion based rogue deck.
