I feel like in the current meta the most combined SW:D's and MC's you need is.. 1, although you can actually get away with.. zero! Although the deck was made a month ago so maybe it hasn't been updated. Good core concepts, Injured blademaster is so good,

You have to understand that people think differently, just as they do everything else in different manners. There are quick-witted people, and there are slow thinkers who may or may not arrive at a better decision than the quick-witted person, but it will take them some time. Also, some people play the game to relax, so they certainly aren't going to sit there on the edge of their seat trying to complete their turn asap.

Also you're delusional if you think every turn in hearthstone can be (properly) made in 5 seconds. While not every match has it, there are some situations where each side has 4+ minions on the board with different effects and you see at least 3 ways to play the hand, none of which is clearly superior to the others. Situations like that take time if you want a high win %.
