Yeah let's nerf brawl and shield slam instead of addressing the hero cards problem just like when we nerfed fiery war axe in attempt to fix pirate warrior ^_^
Is this supposed to be a joke? Instead of fixing core cards like nourish and wild growth that were nerfed for no reason they’re just gonna reprint UI and arcane tyrants as a solution to druid problems?? Is this good game design?
So i recently cleared heroic karazhan and during the curator fight i used a warrior deck, the main thing of this boss is that the opponent hero has taunt so that you cannot trade his minions, yet if you play a minion with rush it can still attack minions, is this a bug or not?
Why are they nerfing reckless experimenter instead of moving snip snap to 4 mana? the experimenter + vodoo doll/loot hoarder was actually a fun combo that now is slowed down by a turn for no reason.
I'm glad that finally preparation got nerfed and all those toxic rogue players prepping sprint or fan of knives are gone forever.
On the other hand having cards like hagata zul jin boom and conjurers calling is totally fine and they are great for the long term health of the game :)

But now, after 3 full years of Standard, nerfing Basic or Classic cards is UNACCEPTABLE, no matter what.
Those cards were designed years ago, when noone could predict what future will bring. Some of them were strong - but not OP - because number of tools was limited. Now, some of those cards are synergising too well with newest additions, so they have to be either nerfed, either HoFed.
Let's take Shield Slam as an example. Back then - during basic/classic era - armor options for Warrior were very limited. Shield Block, Armorsmith, hero power... and that was it. To kill heavy minion (like 10 HP+) he had to stack armor for very log time, using only hero power (which was almost impossible) or play combo Shield Block + Shield Block + Hero Power + Shield Slam for 9 mana! That was fair, huge effect for big cost and was usable only one time. Now, when Warrior can generate tons of armor with ease, Shield Slam effectively serves as 1 mana "Destroy a minion" card. Isn't that crazy? Noone can outtempo that!
Now look at Rouge's spells, which she could combine with Preparation during basic/classic era, and compare them with spells from current standard, it's pretty much the same thing. That's why some old cards should not co-exist with current ones.
Honestly with the nerf to raiding party there is no crazy spell to prep out with a 3 mana discount really (besides myra's). Look at cards like WANTED! , Necrium Vial , Cannon Barrage or even Sprint and Vanish , do you think that the existence of these spells makes prep a problematic card?
It works, just remember to disenchant elysiana right away every time you open the card otherwise you'll start getting duplicate legendaries and you might get something that has no full dust refund
I'd like to think that OP is just a troll seeking for attention, if not then i'm sorry to inform you that we cannot nerf every single card you lose to, that's just not how the game works.
disenchant them the day the nerfs come out and just don't spend that dust until the meta has settled or until you figure out if you want to play those cards again, then you can either recraft them without losing any dust or craft something else
Why is everyone complaining about preparation? Please let's not repeat what we did with druid when wild growth and nourish got nerfed instead of UI and/or plague..
if you nerf/HoF cards like prep and shadowstep the whole rogue identity loses its core just to address a problem caused by other cards, mainly raiding party and evil miscreant that basically refill your hand with zero effort
