Sure, it wasn't ever perfect, but it used to be way more fun and rewarding if you played well, but now you just get screwed over by literally OP cards and there's virtually nothing to counter them with (Prince Keleseth, Zul'jin, Shudderwock (although hard to pull off)), and there's so much combo's/OTK's nowadays that are so hard to play around (Maly Druid, OTK/DK Paladin, Freeze Mage etc.), can you honestly say you still enjoy this game? For me personally, I can not. RNG is horrible too most of the time, and even if you win a game, you feel like you were pretty lucky most of the time, it barely ever feels like you won because you "outskilled" your opponent. Reading this, I might actually just quit altogether. Sure there might not be that much fun games to play at the moment, but nearly every other game out there is more rewarding of your time/investment/energy and money than this pile of shit.

 yeah mate, i think the same.. in constructed, it feels that you win by pure luck because of these insanely stupid broken cards.. you have to be lucky that your opponent don't pull them early enough AND you have to be lucky to play on your perfect, optimized curve (or pull your overpowered card before him).. thats pretty fucking boring and lame... that's why I like arena better... despite having also a lot of RNG, it feels that you have more opportunities to outsmart the other player

i fucking hate hunter... they fucking push the tempo, get value and deal tons of damage to your face all at the same time its so stupid

wtf the nerfs were really good imo but why the fuck nothing was done about the hunters?? now every match is against those fucking braindead motherfuckers with those broken dk and zuljin that are insta win for them

Dont you think that a banning system could work in hearthstone and would solve most of our problems? It shouldnt be that complicated, i thought something like for each class you can, by default, ban, let's say, one legendary card and one epic (or just one legendary would be good enough i guess). And, on the other hand, for each of your decks, you could have an extra card in case one of your cards is banned.

That would allow sooo much more variability in the ladder... Like, just being able do ban Deathstalker Rexxar... Frost Lich Jaina... Kingsbane... Malfurion the Pestilent.....just a sigle card that ruins a fucking match and wins the game to who pull it ... people would actually have to think when building a deck, instead of netdecking and doing the same boring strategy over and over

Thing is that blizzard should really nerf those fucking op cards.. it's so boring because drafting them is insta win if on the opposite side the other player doesn't have or draw a insta win card.. It would be easy, there are hundreds af cards, just nerfing 10, or 20... like dk rexar or dk jaina.. kingsbane, hidronox.. baku and keleseth  (somehow)... Or even better, a banning system, that seems like a possible solution.. The game has so many cards and possibilites and its wasted because the meta allows just a few decks to be viable mainly because of a few extremely op cards, imo

Finding non conventional deks on the ladder, and fighting them with a non conventional deck is so much fun.. I just lost a mach against a quest shaman, playing discolock, and it was infinitely more enjoyable than losing to yet another spell hunter..

I know that most cards not played on standard are pretty much used in arena and I love arena because of this, but it's still not the same thing as being able to build an entire deck the way you want and feel that you still have a chance to win.

Totally agree with everything said here.

Mage and Warlock Quests are totally Bonkers right now, while every other Questline is "just existing" with Priest being the most pathetic of the bunch right now.

As Priest you should already Win the Match by finishing that absurdly long Quest Line, let alone wait for Turn 10+ to FIND and play your Shard (you dont even get it on Hand :laugh:)

Maybe they were too busy molesting Female Employees to notice what is wrong with the Game, but at this Rate, Hearthstone might be done for in the Next 2-4 Year´s along with Blizzard....

I really dont think it matters much that you start with the quest in your starting hand. The problem imho is that almost every single deck has cost reduction to 0 and absurd amount of card draw.

Remove Auctioneer from Standard
Make "reduce the cost of all cards in your hand/deck by x" unable to reduce cards to 0 mana
Change Health Cost to not be damage, basically the same way it works in MTG

Maybe change the cost of quest rewards minions to 6 or 7 Mana

Im saying this is a Quest Lock player, played ~10 games yesterday won 3 on turn 6, never reached 10 Mana Crystals in any game, its just not fun.

There is simple way of fixing the problem, just make every quest like the priest one, for the final reward you need to play 7 and 8 mana cost card, that means you won't get reward until turn 8. Problem solved lol.

But yes with this expansion this game completely crumbled to dust. there is no point of releasing cards that cost more than 5 mana anymore. Control would need 3 mana deal 3 damage to all minions and gain 10 armor to survive. Or some broken ass shit. The quests need harder completion line and the fact that it gives you partial rewards along the way is just powercreep.

Quickest solution with quests, in my opinion, is make all quest revards shuffle in to the deck, like priest have.

It's so sad becaue I'm a 37 year old working dad who loved to play card games since I was in middle school and discovered MTG. I fell in love with yugioh in the early thousands and watched a game I love become so broken they had in bring a huge banned list. Why print the cards if they know they will be nerfed. This current set changed the game in a way that makes me wonder if I want to continue to invest my money. I still enjoy arena and getting into battlegrounds but I fell in love with the main game. The dev's dont care they just decide which way the game goes and that's final. Hell blizzard is already in enough shit as it is.... this current set is pushing the boundries of being broken and completely changing the game from its core that we all loved and played.

This is a card I feel people haven't been complaining about enough.
I've always just called it the "free 8" and played against demon hunter as if I have 9-11 less hp (depending on whether they play felosophy). But yeah, it feels like I'm never really safe from lethal vs dh, they're just gonna kill my taunt, then slap my face for 9 on turn 6-7.

What's really sad is that, in the current patch, deathrattle/inquisitor dh is a control deck.
Questlines are basically combo decks, and even if they're nerfed Ticketus and Jaraxxus are still around. Because of how fast questlines are to complete, games can be expected to end before turn 10. Which means - considering their power spike timings and their matchups vs aggro shaman/hunter - decks that would have previously been considered midrange like deathrattle dh and the new handbuff paly, now have to be considered borderline control decks.

Warlock quest is fucking broken and un-interactive. It completely obliterates control decks, and someone smashes aggro as well. Hope they nerf the living hell out of that shitdeck.
