I like your idea on how do get the 50 damage with a highlander version but this lacks enough board clears imo. any rogue, quest shaman, murloc shaman, tip the scales paladin will wreck this deck if you don't have more clears. also barely enough cumulative spell cost to make sure shirvallah costs 0, especially in matchups where you might need to heal and bounce him back to your hand.
I will post a winrate at the end of the week so far i'm 5-0 at rank 5 but i've faced a lot of quest druids which are really slow so i think the winrate will be around 50% once i play 20-30 games with it.
They could decide to have another round of Buffs, and as I recall, previous buffs were all about Boomsday. I wouldn't mind seeing a buff on cards out of Rastakhan's Rumble; that set is still the weakest out of the previous 5 expansions.
But they shouldn't buff cards for Priest or Mage purely because they nerfed cards for those classes. It's the buffing that got them here in the first place. I'm all for T5 experimenting with buffs, don't get me wrong, but I think both Mage and Priest are in a pretty good spot right now.
completely agree with this. This is what i've been wanting for a while now. But it seems less likely the closer we get to another expansion and then the rotation. maybe they could buff cards from witchwood and rastakhan's before the rotation that would be amazing
Yes i completely agree however i'm very confused by people playing King Phaoris in this deck as it really messes with any consistency with Mass Resurrection. Or maybe you just can't play Phaoris against warrior.
I'm really surprised they didn't touch Omega Devastator or Mountain Giant. Was really hoping to see these getting changed in some way. I heard a few streamers say though that they do not like to change the way a card interacts because they have to change coding and whatnot (sounds a little lazy to be honest) but i had high hopes with all of the unprecedented changes they've made in the last year, ie. Boomsday buffs.
Nerfing extra arms makes no sense to me whatsoever maybe they thought the snowballing was too out of control but how the hell did they not just give Divine Spirit and Inner Fire the Equality treatment just nerf it until the rotation and then hall of fame them. Getting killed by a 20/20+ minion by turn 5 because the priest god rolled their mulligan and card draw is not fun and happens more times than not. I've stated time and again these cards needed to be dealt with. The developers are trying to remove/nerf classic and basic cards that have been staples in decks throughout the game and they don't do it with a combo that has been around since day 1. I'm triggered
Just tried a highlander paladin deck and used Pharaoh's Blessing on the Immortal Prelate and it came back with no divine shield on it but when i scrolled over the card and you can see in the buffs listed that it says it should have divine shield.
Boom to Hall of Fame. I honestly won't stand for anything less.
I seem to remember a dev saying that if any of the buffs turned out to be too much, they would probably undo them, so Pocket Galaxy will surely go back to (7) or maybe (6). I'd prefer (7).
If they touch Conjurer's Calling, I would expect nothing more than removing Twinspell from it, but I'm not sure they'll even do that.
I know Prismatic Lens creates some polarizing situations and has received a fair amount of forum hate, but I'm not convinced it's on Blizzard's radar. I have a feeling we're just going to have to wait for this one to rotate.
I think Mountain Giant will enter the Hall of Fame at the beginning of next year, possibly along with Leeroy and maybe even Alexstrasza.
I would be upset if they moved any of the dragon aspects from standard but we'll see you could be right. I would think malygos is on the chopping block before alex

I know it's day 1 of nerfs but I'm curious on people's thoughts after specifically facing control warrior

op.....you are incorrect.....that is all.

Absolutely not the issue is the hero power and rush effect

Has anyone else experienced this?

also shaman running plague of murlocs and then clearing board

Priest is very good against it imo, especially control priest running mass disspell and plague of death.
